Determining the Bolt Pattern
The first number in the bolt pattern is the number of bolt holes. The second number denotes the diameter, in inches, of the circle on which the bolt holes sit.
To determine the bolt-circle diameter on wheels with an odd number of bolt holes, measure from the center of any bolt hole to the point halfway between the two bolt holes directly across from the first. (Example: "5 on 4-1/2" means 5 bolt holes with 4-1/2" measured to a point halfway between the opposite bolt holes.)
On wheels with an even number of bolt holes, measure from the center of one bolt hole to the center of the hole directly across from it. (Example: "8 on 6-1/2" means 8 bolt holes with 6-1/2" from the center of one hole to the center of another on the opposite side.)
Measuring the distance (D) from the center of one bolt hole on the wheel to the center of a bolt hole right next to it can also help to determine the bolt pattern.

All that aside I'm happy to say a great experience. Price was good compared to others, quick order fill,and shipping to my door was speedy.

I have ordered several items from etrailer and have always been satisfied with the products and service.
Had to buy a replacement rim after discovering a Crack and air leak in the OEM rim while on a cross country trip. etrailer had the exact replacement and was able to ship the very next day for overnight delivery. Within two days the new rim arrived to where we were camped so that I could have a local tire shop install the tire and we were back on the road like nothing had ever happened!
Also very impressed with the customer service. While monitoring the delivery thru the automated tracking process, I called the generic help desk number to address some timeline concerns. The rep had the needed info at the ready to quell any concerns I had and then gave me their direct number to reach them should I have any more questions or problems. Very much appreciated and rare in most help desk/ customer service environments.
I bought this to replace one that had cracks in the spokes. Fits perfectly, exact replacement. More than 10,000 miles later, no cracks!
Delivered the wrong wheels. I ordered Aluminum Polished I received Aluminum with Black trim. Your ordering process still allows for human error. All your steps failed after processing my order, from gathering the items, packaging for shipment, though releasing the packages for shipping.
WHAT GET'S CHECK, GET'S CHECK. This might sound silly to you, it did to me when I first heard it but it works.

The rim is virtually an exact match for the rim I am replacing. Unfortunately the shipping time was listed as two days and it took six days for the rim to arrive. Fortunately I was able to use my fifty wheel without a spare tire during the planned camping trip. Please list realistic shipping times and be honest with customers, that will go a lot further than straight up lies.

Good rim for the price. These rims still scare me because anything made in China is not very good quality. I replaced it because the original cracked at the spoke. This replacement was received in good shape with no scratches or blemishes.
Great price, showed up at my door quickly, and appear to be an exact match for the cracked wheels I am replacing on my 2010 Keystone Raptor 5th wheel camper.

The original wheel had a flaw in the casting causing a slow leak which we finally found after a year of frustration, 3 tire shops did not find it, the replacement wheel cured the problem.
Exactly as advertised. Can't go wrong if you need to replace a cracked wheel.
