Trailer wheels are usually rated for much higher PSI than the tire or valve stem used, so they are not typically listed. So long as the valve stem and tire are rated for 100 psi, there should be no issue using these wheels.

The wheel your referencing the Aluminum HWT Series S5 Trailer Wheel # AM22658HWTB is a 16"x 6.5" aluminum wheel, with a 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern and has a 3,580 lbs load rating.

If you need 8 lug wheels the Aluminum HWT Series S5 Trailer Wheel # AM22659HWT is an 8 on 6.5 bolt pattern, and has a 3,640 lbs capacity and has the same design and look.

For a metal valve stem I recommend Americana Metal, Bolt-In Valve Stem # AM20906. They are rated up to 200 PSI, which is more than enough. I have installed and repaired countless tires and I prefer the metal stems that bolt in even on applications that don't require that high of pressure. They last longer, and provide more peace of mind when your driving.

If you provide me with the size tire you need, I can make a specific recommendation. I linked the parts mentioned for you to check out.
