The waterproof construction of this light makes it ideal for use on trailers that may be submerged, like a boat trailer. The housing and lens are sonically sealed together to create a single unit, which means that water will not get into the light and damage the diodes or circuit board.
A P2-rated light produces a 45-degree angle of light to either side of its centerline for a total of 90 degrees of coverage. This beam pattern can be seen straight on, but it cannot be seen clearly from the side. So this type of light can be used as either a side marker light or a clearance light, but it cannot function as both. If you need both functions, then you must install 2 separate lights on your trailer - one as a front or rear clearance light and one as a side marker light.

Direct replacement that really improved the lighting on the horse trailer. I’m a fan of trailer lights and these fit the bill at a very low price.

Still working great. Lenses havent fogged over from the El Paso sun and wind either. Very pleased
Bought these in addition to the oval microflex for my wide-trailer markers. My light bar is riveted to the trailer; instead of replacing the light bar, I was able to use a screwdriver and some hand pressure to "pop" the old lights out and replace with these (these lights have a little tab on each end. My light bar is stainless, so it was flexible and rebounded...it worked great. These lights fit the same 2 prong socket as my Prestige Trailer factory Peterson lights, so no re-wiring. I'd buy again.

Bright light output, easily installed with recommended pigtail.
I have placed two orders from etrailers, and in both instances the products arrived quickly and were of good quality. I ordered new clearance and fender lights (upgraded to 3 diode LED) for a Wells Cargo trailer and they fit perfectly and look great.
Wow this light is bright!! Sliped in my original rubber grommet that held my incandescent light and plugged in in about a minute. Fantastic light for the price and good service from etrailer as usual in my experience.
The lights look and work great! Super customer support from George too! What a nice change from my old bulb lights.

Quickly replaced the three small incandecent lamps in the DOT ID bar while re-wiring and upgrading all lighting on my utility trailer to LED's. These are very bright and visible in daylight with far less power draw.

Lights worked perfectly and were a vast improvement / much brighter than the factory lights which were not LED.
I had a couple a91 lights out on my trailer. These were a direct fit replacement. The al191 is much brighter.
Switch out easily with older model lights. These new lights are an excellent way to update your trailer.

Thay look nice but I didn't realize that the mount and the pigtail are separate so I had to order them the day I got the lights and I had to pay shipping on that.
