I had no issues with the hitch. I haven’t used it a whole lot but my biggest take away is the product description is true and accurate. I had ordered 2 previous products from a different site that said it fit my 22 Frontier and they lied. This hitch had been great; easy to install yourself.
The hitch looks well built except for the safety chain loop. the loop looks a bit weak for a safety chain. I'm used to seeing beefier attachment points for safety chains on this type of hitch. The hitch mounted nicely and fit my 2024 Frontier perfectly.
Product is good, shipping sucks,hitch halfway out of box, left end of hitch bent about 2", had to reorder, needs better packing!!!!!
Perfect fit only needed small adjustment passenger side needed straightened a little install by myself and I’m 78 yrs old
Fits perfectly to my 2018 Nissan Frontier S King cab. I used a floor jack to lift and install the hitch on my truck. Done in about 30 minutes. Very happy!
Received the hitch and installed it in 15 minutes tops. It was a breeze. Fits like a glove and it looks like it would from any dealership. I’m exceedingly pleased.
Am very happy with the trailer hitch that I purchased. I had a little trouble getting it to mount on my truck and thought the hitch may have been bent, but after talking with a company representative who informed me that the hitch frame would flex slightly, I was able to clamp the hitch and get all bolt holes to align properly before removing my clamp. I have made 4 major hauls with my truck towing 8ft or longer trailers and have had no problems. Thank you ETRAILER for this product.

Very well . And Nissan dealer wanted $1700.00 to do this job. That to me was way out of line . The wiring and hitch were only less than $300.0. I wired everything myself and that took only 40 minutes. Very good design. But was bent in the shipping. I finally had breakmasters do the install and it was a struggle for them also. But it finally came together. And I’m satisfied with the outcome.
I received the new hitch from e-trailer within a couple of days of ordering. I was able to install it the next day. My old hitch had a plate welded to it. I ground that off and bolted it to the new hitch. Everything went smoothly. The old bolts came out and the new hitch fit. I put "never seize" on the new bolts to be sure they would come out if ever needed.
Easy install for one person. 2 tips: Screw bolts into and out of all holes before lifting hitch up. And, keep bolts loose until all 6 are started. Otherwise the last bolt may be difficult to start.
Great product and easy installation. I installed it solo in about 20 minutes
The trailer hitch fitted perfectly into the space of the truck.
Had my mechanic install this a.m. Much easier on a lift. Fit well and handled my trailer easily. Great price and shipping time.
This works great. I got this to be able to haul a trailer one time but of course I can use it for future use. Easy to install.
Was not drilled to frame holes, usps threw box out at my gate instead of my door. Box ripped open on both sides. Never order from these guys.

I am sorry that the hitch arrived this way. It sounds like the side brackets were knocked out of alignment which can happen during shipment. We have a FAQ that can with installation when this happens. Please see it below.

I had it for a while before finally installing it. I was able to install it by myself using a couple of jack stands. It bolted right onto my 2013 Frontier without any problem. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with how quickly it arrived. It was fairly easy to install by myself and the holes aligned up perfectly!
Had checked with two local trailer install companies that said $500.00 to $525.00 to install hitch and wiring. Ordered the hitch from e trailer, took me (with a little help from my wife) about 30 minutes to install. Only 6 bolts that went in to pre drilled and factory installed nuts Saved me over $300.00. Third hitch purchased from e trailer and all were perfect fit and great service.

Hitch is still tight and working great. Supports my heavy mobility scooter with no problem.

The trailer itself is fine. Unfortunately, this company doesn't believe in packaging their products properly or using a quality shipper. Not only ly did this take forever to arrive, the frame of the product was bent on arrival, and I can't bolt all of the screws to my truck frame. Really Unfortunate, when this part is this pricey. This is completely unacceptable.

Often times when the holes of the hitch and the vehicle do not line up, it is because the hitch has flexed during shipping. Because a hitches mounting brackets are made from mild steel, the mounting brackets can flex during shipping. If the entire hitch was rigid steel, there would be a greater chance of the hitch being damaged and experiencing stress cracks. I do have a link below for your future reference.

Shipped fast and fit perfectly to my 2022 Frontier. Side note, this had to be the easiest hitch install I’ve ever done. 6 bolts total and all are visible and easily accessible with just a socket wrench
Hitch was quickly received after ordering and installed without any issues on my 2018 Nissan Frontier Pro4X Crew Cab. I preferred this model for the cost savings and I did not need a bracket or mount for the 7 way plug on the hitch since I mounted it in the bumper.

After a year I am completely satisfied with the hitch. Looks factory on the truck.
Overall a very good hitch but did a issue with one on the holes lining up but we got er done!!!
