Best Hitch Curt or etrailer for a 2023 Nissan Frontier
Question:
What is the difference between the etrailer and Curt Hitches for a 2023 Nissan Frontier? Can you help me figure out which is going to be the best one for my truck?

I would be happy to help you. Both the Curt item # 13241 and the etrailer item # e98869 are confirmed to fit the 2023 Nissan Frontier. These hitches are identical with the exception that the etrailer hitch has a matte black powder coat finish that offers superior rust protection.
The best hitch for your Frontier is going to be the etrailer Hitch item # e98869 . This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Frontier with included hardware. They both have the same installation method and towing capacity but this one will look better when installed.
I really like the etrailer hitch because it installs behind your rear bumper and the crossbar is completely hidden. This is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a 5,000 lbs towing capacity, and a 500 lbs maximum tongue weight. This towing capacity and tongue weight can be increased to 8,000 lbs and 800 lbs when used with a weight distribution system.
Both the Curt item # 13241 and etrailer item # e98869 hitches are made in the USA and weigh 38 lbs.
I have linked a couple of pictures below along with an installation video so you can see what this hitch looks like when installed.
Since you are planning on towing you will also need a ball mount kit item # C45534.
