Weight Distribution System Recommendation For A 2016 Nissan Frontier
Question:
Whats the best weight distribution hitch for a Rockwood high wall RV and Nissan Frontier SV. RV weighs 2800 dry and the hitch weight is 300. Its 5/7 high so does not catch much air/wind. All that I see seems like an overkill, 600/6000 as the lightest. Thanks

For your 2016 Nissan Frontier, we have the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System w/ 4-Point Sway Control # EQ37040ET. This is the smallest WDS we offer with a max tongue weight of 400lbs, and a max gross towing weight of 4,000lbs.
This WDS fits 2" x 2" trailer hitch receivers rated for use of a WDS like # e98869.
Additionally, you'll want to properly measure your tongue weight to ensure that hitch will work for you. Your tongue weight is the dry weight so when loaded may be over the maximum tongue weight of # EQ37040ET.
