Today we're going to review part number E112000340, the Fulton Fas-Lok Coupler. This coupler is designed to fit 1-7/8" hitch ball and fit a 2" channel. It is a trigger latch design. It is a bolt-on coupler. It uses a clear zinc finish. We'll do a couple of measurements here.
On the channel, we will measure the inside and that is 2" wide. Another measurement we will do is the distance between the side mounting holes, from center-to-center measured 2-1/4". This coupler does have a weight capacity of 2,000 pounds. And it does come with a limited 3-year warranty. And that should do it for review of part number E112000340, the Fulton Fas-Lok Coupler for 1-7/8" Ball to fit on a 2" Channel..

6 wks. ago I started on a refurbishing project off a 1988 Holsclaw boat trailer. I stripped all the paint off, ground and sanded the rust, primed and painted everything, replaced ALL the fasteners with stainless stell and some galvanized. This is the second Fulton Class 1 Coupler (Item E112000340) that I have bought from etrailer.com. I particularly like this coupler because it fits a 2" square tube the way it should. There is very little gap between the 2" tube and the inside of the coupler, unlike I have found on various other well known brands. I will continue to buy the Fulton product as long as they continue to make it the same fit. Very pleased with this coupler and etrailer"s service. I am not happy with the Fulton coupler I received. Every time I unhitch my coupler I have to get down and take a screw driver and open up the moveable clamp portion to remove it from the ball. The spring is not strong enough to open it far enough to remove it. It definately is too tight in the channel it is in. I am not the type of person that puts out negative reviews online. I may have just got a lemon.
The products are great, just what I wanted and expected from e trailer. This is probably the third or forth order I have received and I am always a very satisfied customer. Their prices are always good, but what is great is their customer service. They always keep you informed about your order. When ever there is a problem or a delay, they are always on the phone offering help or alternatives. They, e trailer, are always there to help and satisfy the customer. Thank you.

Works great, never been disappointed.
The coupler that came with my Harbor Freight boat trailer (#5003) didn't feel secure when it closed. Fulton is a respected name, and the price, product and delivery from etrailer are always competitive. This coupler came with instructions suggesting that it be attached with four bolts, one through each hole, instead of the two through bolts HF sent. Using the four-bolt method, the coupler sits rock solid on my trailer tongue, and its metal is obviously stronger.
The Fulton Fas-Lok Coupler Item No. E112000340 was as exactly as advertized. The width was 2 1/32" which allows for a reasonably close fit on 2" x 2" square tubing. Although the item was not in stock at the time the order was placed, e-trailer staff kept me informed by e-mail as to the date it would be available from the manufacture. Once e-trailer received the item from the manufacture they immediatelty shipped the item by USPS, which I then received two days later. Very pleased with e-trailer staff, service and fast delivery.
Have not installed yet. Precise fit for 2" trailer tongue. Plan to have it welded on rather than bolt onto a new trailer tongue.
The straight tongue coupler for my boat trailer is made much better than I anticipated. It is a very heavy duty coupler and will work great as a replacement part for my trailer.
Good quality unit, the latch/locking mechanism came pre-lubricated with lithium grease, a nice touch. The coupler is about an inch shorter than the one it is replacing, it would be nice to have that extra inch past the rearmost bolt hole for extra stability. Overall a good unit, I expect it to last for many years.
Fast service the parts out the new coupler fit my old coupler just fine. My coupler is welded to the tongue so took parts from new coupler and put old coupler fit just like you said.
Trailer hitch looks great and arrived q uickly.

This coupler is designed for a 1-7/8 inch diameter trailer ball, so youll want to make sure thats the ball you have. Also, the jaw of the coupler is adjustable, you can loosen the nut a bit, which will improve the fit.
