It sounds like you need a coupler latch repair kit for your 1-7/8-inch Fulton straight tongue coupler.
I checked with my contact at Fulton about your coupler number 11250. According to my contact the correct coupler repair kit, part # 58-0801, is no longer available from Fulton. We no longer have any left here at etrailer.
I have included a link to our main page for 1-7/8-inch straight tongue couplers so you can select a new one for your trailer. As an example, we offer Fulton coupler # E112000340 rated for 2000-lbs.
