CargoBuckle Ratchet Straps - IMF103745-86

  • 6 - 10 Feet Long
  • Safety Hooks
  • 0 - 1 Inch Wide
  • 351 - 500 lbs
  • CargoBuckle
  • 2 Straps
  • Trailer
  • Truck Bed

Securing cargo to your trailer is quick and hassle-free with these ratcheting tie-downs. The quick-release, self-retracting design makes for super-simple loading and unloading. And included S-hook adapters attach to anchor points. 1,400 lbs Max load.

Features:

  • Tie-downs let you secure cargo in your truck bed or trailer or on your cargo carrier
  • S-hook adapters bolt to tie-downs with included hardware so you can use them like standard straps
    • Built-in keepers on S-hooks help prevent them from slipping off of anchor points
  • Self-retracting straps automatically wind up into the built-in housings
    • Maintains constant tension on straps for minimal ratcheting when tightening straps down
    • Keeps straps neatly stowed when they're not in use
  • Ratchet mechanisms make it easy to tighten down straps and maintain tension on straps
    • Wide, rubber-coated SUR-Grip handles are easy to hold and easy to operate with 1 hand
    • Dual safety locks ensure that each ratchet arm stays in open or closed position
  • Push-to-release levers quickly and easily loosen straps when you're ready to unload
  • Vinyl-coated steel S-hooks help protect your cargo from scuffs and scratches
  • Durable construction offers long-lasting performance
    • Corrosion-resistant steel body
    • Seat-belt-quality polyester webbing
    • Sturdy plastic housing and zinc-coated steel spring

Specs:

  • Strap dimensions: 1" wide x 6' long
  • Safe working load limit (WLL): 466 lbs
  • Maximum load (break strength): 1,400 lbs
  • Quantity: 2 ratchet straps
  • 1-Year limited warranty

Note: Tie-down straps must be chosen according to their safe working load limit (WLL). The weight of the secured cargo must not exceed the combined WLL of the straps being used. For example, if you are using straps with a WLL of 500 lbs each to tie down a load weighing 1,000 lbs, then you need at least 2 straps to safely secure that load. It is recommended that you always use straps in pairs.

CargoBuckle Mini G3 Retractable Tie-Downs with S-Hooks

Now you can use CargoBuckle's Mini G3 ratcheting tie-downs wherever you need them. Instead of permanently mounting the tie-downs to your truck bed or trailer, bolt the included S-hook adapters onto the tie-downs to convert them to standard straps. That way you can use the straps where you need them, when you need them. And built-in keepers on the S-hook adapters help prevent the hooks from slipping off of your tie-down anchors.

CargoBuckle's third-generation tie-down straps simplify the securing and unloading of your cargo. They have a self-retracting design, so there is constant tension on the strap and minimal ratcheting is required to secure your load. Dual safety locks keep the ratchet arm in the open or closed position, so the ratchet will not accidentally loosen or tighten up. And when you're ready to unload, simply push the release lever on the ratchet, free the hook from the tie-down point, and let the strap retract back into the ratchet housing.

Absolutely the easiest, quickest, and safest way to hook up your ATV and
hit the road. It takes under a minute to hook up and go. I've been using
these Cargo Buckles for about five years now and I can't say enough
about them. I put two of these on the front of my new trailer and two
Boat Buckles on the back and I'm up and running in a minute. I use the
Boat Buckles in the rear because they're rated for more weight. No one
wants their ATV for a bumper attachment in the event of an emergency
stop. I travel around three-thousand miles a year hauling my trailer and
ATV, and a lot of it's over rough roads. To date I've never had even one
mishap using this system to hold the machine on my trailer. Best way
possible to hook up.

Excellent product support, researched dimensions needed and helped me select right product. Shipped same day and delivered 2 days later. Great service and reasonable shipping cost.

I ordered two sets for my 4x4 on my trailer. They have worked so good that when my Bride of 45 yrs got her new wheelchair I wanted and got a set for it to be carried on a carrier on the rear of the van. I have been using them for over a year with out any failures. I could not have asked for any better. If you are looking for some thing to do the job and not be hard to operate these are for you.

by:

best tie downs ever! love these highly recommend

by:

I ordered a set of these for my wife's wheel chair and found out the ease to attach and undo that I had to have some for my 4 wheeler. After I showed them to a few of my friends I understand they are in the process of doing the same. For the price I can not find any any better. I highly recommend them.

Installation was quick and easy, I will be posting to YouTube.

Added these bolt on retractabel ratchet straps to my Rola Railed Cargo Carrier for a quick and easy way to strap down any cargo I place on the carrier. The special light kit is shown in these pics as well and reviewed on that product page.

This installation is intended for the safe and easy hauling of my paramotor and works like a custom designed unit. While my paramotor is only around 60 lbs, these straps are rated up to 466 pounds and the carrier is rated for a bit more than 600 pound. So they will likely secure any load I want to haul with this setup.

The included nuts and bolts are robustly sized and make installation a breeze.
The ratchet straps are very easy to use and stow well when not in use.

Overall, I'm very happy with these straps and with the quick delivery and service I received from etrailer.

by:

I use these to hold my power chair on the lift & am very happy with them. The price is good compared to the lift company's price
& were easy to install. I would & have recommended these to my friends. The staff I worked with through out this process has been great.

THanks, Warren C.

Hey George! After 1 year of use on my lift table and in the bed of my truck, these straps are still working great and perform without fail. Probably gonna get a few for the toy hauler.

by:

The cargo bucket retractable straps were easy to install. In just a few minutes I can safely secure my scooter to the lift with one hand. No more adjusting both ends of cargo straps!

  • Will the MaxxTow 30x50 Carrier # MT70260 Work for Hauling 200 Pounds on My Mercedes C300?
Yes, the MaxxTow 30x50 Wheelchair Carrier w/ 60" Long Ramp - 2" Hitches MT70260 will allow you to mount and transport a 200-pound accessory. The MaxxTow Wheelchair Carrier has a maximum weight capacity of 500 pounds. I recommend confirming with your vehicle's owner's manual whether your Mercedes C300 can accommodate that much weight on a hitch receiver. If you need fastening straps for the carrier, I recommend the CargoBuckle Mini G3 Retractable Ratchet Straps w S-Hooks # IMF103745-86....

  • How Well Does CargoBuckle Mini G3 Retractable Ratchet # IMF103745-86 Release Under Tension
The CargoBuckle straps like the part # IMF103745-86 that you referenced work really well. Our customers have reviewed this strap setup really well and in our demo video that I attached you can also see how well the release mechanisms work. With most ratchet straps the key to getting them to release is to take some of the tension out of the mechanism by pulling slightly on the ratchet so that the tension releases off of the release lever.

  • Recommended Trailer Hitch and Cargo Carrier For 2003 Volkswagen GTI
We have just what you are looking for. If you do not already have a trailer hitch on your 2003 GTI I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver, part # C11066. This is a Class l trailer hitch and it has a 1-1/4 inch receiver opening. Per Curt all non-trailer loads - bike racks, cargo carriers and so forth - should be supported with stabilizing straps like part # 18050. Failure to properly support these loads will void your hitch warranty from Curt. The cargo carrier I recommend for...

  • Ratcheting Tie-Down Recommendation for Securing Honda Goldwing Trike
To secure your 1,200 lb Honda Goldwing Trike I would recommend you get two sets of the CargoBuckle Mini G3 Retractable Ratchet Straps # IMF103745-86 that you referenced. The combined capacity of 4 of these straps would work well for securing your trike to the D-rings of your trailer. I am assuming you have 4 D-rings for each corner of the trike. These straps have a Safe working load limit (WLL) of 466 lbs and a max load rating of 1,400 lbs.

  • Hitch Cargo Carrier Recommendation for Carrying a Generator
Your Dodge Ram dually truck should have a hitch with plenty of tongue weight capacity, but you might still check to make sure the hitch is rated to carry the weight of your generator. To make loading the generator easier (if it has wheels), you could use a cargo carrier with a ramp like the part # FHG77ZR. This carrier has a 500 lb capacity so it should handle the weight of your generator easily. If you would prefer one without a ramp the Pro Series Carrier part # 63153 would also work...

  • Weight Capacity Concerns With The Wheelchair Carrier On A 2004 Chevrolet Silverado
I did some online research on your 2004 Chevrolet Silverado. From the tongue weight capacity I was able to find, your truck should have no problem with the MaxxTow 30x50 Wheelchair Carrier # MT70106 and your sons power wheel chair. Just to make certain, you will want to consult either with your dealership or your owners manual to find the tongue weight capacity. One of my coworkers bought one of these and told me that the ramp on the carrier is not designed to be removed. It does store...

If you are planning on using CargoBuckle G3 tie-downs like part # IMF18800 you want to make sure the mounting surface is big enough and capable of handling the capacity of the load you want to secure. The capacity of the Rack'em ladder rack is 400-lbs. The Rack'em Fitz-All Enclosed Trailer Ladder Rack, part # RA-28 upright post size measures 1-inch x 2-inches. If you drill holes in the rack to hold the tie-down you will void the warranty for the racks. You may have better luck mounting...

  • Motorcycle Tie-Down Recommendations for a 700 Pound Motorcycle and Pressure Treated Flat Bed
The CargoBuckle Mini G3 Retractable, Ratcheting Tie-Downs, # IMF103745-86, would work well to secure your 700 pound motorcycle. If at all possible, bolt the tie-downs to the metal part of the frame. If you have attach it to the wood bed, I recommend adding a steel backing plate on the underside of the wood for support. You could also add some D-rings, like # RR5K, which comes with a backing plate. You may also need adapter # IMF14086 to use with these D-rings. You could also use straps...

  • Do the CargoBuckle Mini G3 Retractable Ratchet Straps have a Bolt Hole Mounting Pattern
The CargoBuckle Mini G3 Retractable Ratchet Straps # IMF103745 only use one bolt each to mount to a surface so there isn't a template or bolt hole pattern. The bolt holes are in the centers. One allows you to leave the bolt in place and loosen it to remove the ratchet strap or tighten it to lock it into place. The other hole is a regular round hole for permanent mounting (meaning you would have to completely remove the bolt to take the ratchet strap off).
