  • 0 - 175 lbs

Perfect for pairing with a Rhino-Rack wire-mesh basket or alloy tray, these cinching tie-downs ensure that your gear is secured for transport. Each durable polyester strap has a cam buckle that holds the strap tight over your cargo. 496 lbs Max load.

Features:

  • Cinching tie-downs let you secure a variety of items to your cargo carrier or roof rack
  • Metal cam-lock buckles hold straps tight over your gear
    • Plain end of strap feeds through buckle so that you can cinch strap around your cargo
  • Durable polyester webbing

Specs:

  • Strap dimensions: 15/16" wide x 10' long
  • Safe working load limit (WLL): 165 lbs
  • Maximum load (break strength): 496 lbs
  • Quantity: 2 cinch straps
  • 3-Year limited warranty

Note: Tie-down straps must be chosen according to their safe working load limit (WLL). The weight of the secured cargo must not exceed the combined WLL of the straps being used. For example, if you are using straps with a WLL of 500 lbs each to tie down a load weighing 1,000 lbs, then you need at least 2 straps to safely secure that load. It is recommended that you always use straps in pairs.

Bought the Rhino Roof Cargo carrier for the top of my Kia Soul, looks great. Proceeded to load it up and after almost hanging myself with the rope I was using to tie it all down, decided to order these straps. Strong and Simple to use and much better than rope or duct tape, which I also have used extensively with sticky and mixed results. Get the straps : )

  • Does the Rhino-Rack Steel Mesh Roof Mounted Cargo Tray Include Universal U-bolt Hardware
Yes, the Rhino-Rack Steel Mesh, Roof Mounted Cargo Tray, # RPBS-S280, comes with the universal U-bolt hardware kit that allows this tray to mount to most roof-rack systems. If you have a Rhino-Rack roof rack on your vehicle with the heavy-duty crossbars, then you will want to pick up the Heavy-duty Crossbar Fit Kit, # RUBK, to secure this tray on the larger crossbars. You may also be interested in the Rhino-Rack Tie-Down Straps, # RTD3, to secure any cargo you plan on carrying on this...

  • Roof Rack Recommendation for a 2007 Chevy Trailblazer for Carrying Ladders
I would recommend going with the Rhino Rack HD crossbar roof rack as it will have plenty of strength for your ladders. You would need the part numbers # RB1250B-2, # RLTP-2, and # RRVA-FK2-2 which have been confirmed as a fit for your 2007 Chevy Trailblazer raised side rails.. For load stops for the ladders you would then want the part # RRRLH. For 10 foot cinch straps you could also use the part # RTD3. Be sure not to exceed the roof weight capacity of your vehicle.

  • Roof Rack Recommendation for 2019 Ford F-150 Crew Cab for Carrying Ladders
The SeaSucker roof rack part # 298-SX6000B that you referenced has a weight capacity of 150 lbs and has a pull strength per vacuum cup of 210 lbs. Which this rack has a total of 6 cups so it would easily be rated to carry a 30 foot ladder. I'd rather recommend you the Rhino Rack Heavy Duty roof rack that is a confirmed fit for your 2019 Ford F-150 crew cab that consists of # RB1500B-2, # RRRLKHD, and # DK427. This heavy duty style bar is better suited for carrying ladders as it's a larger...

  • Does Rhino-Rack Steel Mesh Roof Mounted Cargo Tray # RPBL-S280 Include Mounting Hardware
The Rhino-Rack Steel Mesh Roof Mounted Cargo Tray # RPBL-S280 includes universal hardware to allow mounting on most all types of roof rack crossbars. The hardware will fit bars up to 3-7/8-inches in diameter as long as they are at least 50-inches long and spaced apart no more than 58-inches. The slight curve in your crossbars will not interfere with installation. You will want to take care to not over-tighten the hardware as this could cause distortion of the mesh carrier. Since this carrier...

  • Parts Needed to Secure a Ladder to the Rola Ladder Rack part # 59742
For securing a ladder to the Rola Ladder Rack 59742 you will want to use the Rhino Rack Ladder Slides part # RRSEG and then use the Rhino Rack Cambuck Cinch Straps part # RTD3. The slides will prevent the ladder from moving side to side and the straps will secure the ladders to the bars.

  • Could a 1999 Chevy Cavalier Carry 2 Ladders on the Roof with a Roof Rack
The Sportrack ladder rack part # SR1005 is a semi-custom roof rack confirmed as a fit for your 1999 Chevy Cavalier that has the potential to carry a couple of ladders as long as the weight of the two is less than what the owners manual of your vehicle states is the roof capacity. For straps to secure the ladder to the rack you could use the part # RTD3 which comes with two straps.

  • How to Carry 4 Kayaks on a TracRac Ladder Rack
Because the TracRac ladder rack crossbars are so large there are no kayak carriers that will fit them. You would have to rest the kayaks on the bars and use load stops such as # TA44700 to help hold them up. Then you would use some straps such as # RTD3 to secure them to the bars. And you would tie off the bows and sterns using a tie down set such as # Y04031.

  • Economical Roof Rack Options for a 2000 Toyota Camry
The SportRack Semi-Custom Roof Rack, # SR1005, will definitely get the job done. Keep in mind this is a semi-custom roof rack, so it was designed to fit your Camry along with several other vehicles. The mounting pads may not fit the exact contours of your roof line, so it is important to make sure the feet and clamps are secured before taking off. • Recommendations for Transporting my Kayak with the VX01
You can secure a kayak using this basket but you will need to make sure it stays put on the rack by using the Rhino-Rack Cam Buckle Cinch Straps # RTD3 and Thule Quick Draw Tie-Down Ropes w/ Ratchets and Strap Loops # TH855XT to secure it to your vehicle. Instead you would want the Rhino Rack roof rack that consists of part numbers # RRVA126B-2, # RRRLKVA, and # DK133. For load stops to use on the roof rack to secure the ladder you would want the part # S602. Then for straps part # RTD3.

  • Will Two Kayaks Fit on Darby # DTA944-968-924 Extend-A-Truck Kayak Carrier
You could possibly fit two kayaks on that carrier, it'll depend on the width of your kayaks. The crossbar that goes on top the vehicle can be adjusted from 45-60 inches wide and the crossbar on the load extender is 48 inches wide. If you can place your kayaks side by side, and the total width of the two is less than 48 inches, then the Darby # DTA944-968-924 Extend-A-Truck Kayak Carrier you referenced would work great for you. The carrier includes one # DTA924 foam block. If you need...
