Today, we're reviewing Part Number CAM37420 from Camco. This is an RV drain hose with a drain trap and an evacuation flange. The hose is 3/4 inches in diameter and it's 25 inches long. So, here is your drain trap and you just screw that onto the pipe where you need it, wherever you need a drain system in your RV. This end, the flange end, mounts flush against your RV exterior. Here's the drain opening.
When you're not using it as a drain, it does come with a cap. I'm not going to put it on all the way. Then, you have this, like a safety catch. It has a hole on it and you can affix that to the outside of your RV. Then when you take the cap off, it'll just hang from this strap and you won't lose it. This flange is made of durable ABS plastic.
The drain trap is made of sturdy, chemical-resistant polypropylene. Both of these resist rust. So, you'll be happy with that. There you have it with Part Number CAM37420 from Camco, the RV drain hose with a drain trap and an evacuation flange. .

This was better than I could have expected. The pictures attached will show the conversion I made to fit my need. Thanks for the quick delivery.
This was an exact replacement for my 1986 TC sink. My original dry rotted and the hose threads broke off. I really like the silicon tether for the cap because it stays flexible even in the winter.
Only a year or so of use but the hose and drain trap have worked as promised in our converted van.
Hose needs to be longer! Splicing a piece in makes it drain slowly.
This piece connects to my a liner discharge from the sink and runs into a sewer it screws onto the inch-and-a-half connection that comes out of the sink drain works very well.
Exact replacement for my sink drain. I needed to replace it because my hose-threaded flange fitting broke. Problem is that the drain hose is only about 2 feet long, so I knew I would have to reuse my old hose. The hose on the product should be at least long enough to reach from the sink to the floor. I suggest 3 feet instead of 2 feet.
I do not know why I couldn't just buy the barbed flange piece separately.
I'm restoring on old '93 truck camper and this is just what I needed!
