The Spray-Away quick-connect hookup allows you to connect a quick-connect hose (PF267003 - sold separately) so that you can rinse gear, wash your boat or vehicle, extinguish your campfire, clean fish, and more. This eliminates the need for a bulky garden hose, which takes up a lot of space.
The plastic compression valve of this unit has two easily accessibly knobs for cold water and hot water.
The swivel quick-connect valve on the inside of the unit makes it easy to connect and disconnect the hose. This means that you don't have to take the time to open any valves or screw on a hose.
This unit is compatible with standard RV and marine plumbing systems. It installs with the mounting holes and the standard male NPSM connections on the unit's housing. Hardware is not included. It should be noted that if you don't already have an existing spray unit, then first you will need to cut through the sidewall of your RV or boat. Sealant (sold separately) is required.

Today we're going to be taking a look at the Dual Handle Spray Away Unit with Quick Connect fitting this hot and cold spray port. Allows you to gain quick and easy access to a water source, so you can easily rinse off your gear or wash your vehicle or your boat. It's going to be perfect for the exterior of your camper or RV. We'll open this up here and you can see that it does have that quick connect fitting. That's going to allow you to quickly attache the Quick Connect Spray Away Hose, which is sold separately, it's available at etrailer.com. The unit's also great for a hot and cold water supply with the Sink Away Outdoor Sink System. The unit's made from a strong and durable white plastic construction.
The door had that easy to use thumb latch to keep it closed and secured. You also notice that the knobs on the inside have finger indentations on them so that way you can grab 'em and easily control 'em and they're very easy to access and use. When it comes to the cutout dimensions, that's this portion here, when I took a measurement of that, your cutout is going to need to measure around five and a half inches by five and a half inches. The mounting depth, it's recommended to have a depth of about six inches. The hot and cold water lines are separate on center by three and three-eights of an inch apart. From the housing they measure about and inch and half long.
Outer diameter is 13/16ths of an inch, inner diameter is a half inch. Now when it comes to the overall measurements going edge to edge, it is a square design so it's going to measure the same both ways, seven and a half inches by seven and a half inches. Also, there's going to be mount holes, they go around the entire perimeter for a very secure installation. Mounting hardware is not provided, so that will need to be provided separately. But that's going to do it for today's look at the Dual Handle Spray Away Unit with Quick Connect fitting.

I used this to replace a D&W Spray-Away Exterior Hose System. The prior unit worked fine, I simply needed the room on the inside of the trailer for battery storage. The new unit takes up far less space and I really never used the hose anyhow.
The new unit doesn't lend itself to being insulated inside the door. The old unit had more room for insulation inside the door. The hot/cold knobs are in the way.
For what it is, it's a good unit.
Easy to get install and worked good. Started dripping after a months use. But the cartridges are removable and I was able to install new washers. Worked OK through the rest of the season. Don't over tighten the taps when turning off, everything inside is plastic. Also I would suggest a set of shutoffs on the inlet hookups so it can be isolated for servicing. Be careful of the inlet check valves, they can fall out in pieces.
It does the job It was designed to do.
Works great. I use this item nearly everytime I use the trailer. From rinsing off outside the RV to washing the dogs with warm water.
This exterior hose hook-up worked great and the instructions showed me that the part that I replaced was installed incorrectly. Working great!!

So far so good, no issues, no leaks or anything!!
Received quickly and install was a breeze. This product made the water closet easier to access than the one that has the compartment for the coil hose.
Customer service was great. Received item quickly and installed with no problems.
pulled out the old part, reattached the fitting on the new part, added a bead of silicone and 10 screws and good to go, 15-20 minutes tops and I was done and repressurized.
Worked out well, product was good quality!
Performed as described.
I think all travel trailers are junk so it's hard to rate the part as excellent. Etrailer
