Hasnt broke yet so I guess its fine

I ordered this as my pin from previous hitch was not long enough on my new 2015 RAM 3500 with 2-1/2" hitch. It was a little unclear if this one would definitely work as my factory hitch also has a good lip around it requiring some more clearance. Works great, even an extra inch or so! The clip is also easy to take on and off so bonus here. I did end up trimming just a little length off the clip as it butted up against the back plate but still went on.238311

The extra length on this pin makes it a lot easier to use with a 2 1/2 inch receiver1407978

Not much you can say about this item.......other than it is not cheaply made, something I have come to expect from Etrailer.....alway's quality merchandise at a competitive price.
