When I placed my order with the seller I only paid for standard shipping but as soon as the item was received in the seller's warehouse it was shipped UPS next day (a $48 value). I suppose they elected the next day option to compensate for the 3 week manufacturer backorder delay.
The item was received as described by the seller and I installed the item the next day. I rated this Excellent.
Did come with switch and circuit breake. I will keep for spare. No instructions of any kind and link on item does not exist. There was a link to a manual jack when I first looked. Simple enough to install without them. Did find color code and wiring diagram. Arrived within 3 days and only slight damage to 69 lb box. Still don’t clearly see how it will level unless RV is already mostly level. One motor, a split screw and assembly floats left/right in the top mounted track. Even though the legs can compensate for uneven ground at the lift, it will just elevate the RV as the same level as where it started. It doesn’t autolevel. Only took 5 minutes to bolt up as I temporarily wired and used the switch to raise into position. Running the wire and installing the electrical was more involved.
The stabilizer jack installed easily on our Mallard Trailer and did not take very long. We have been out on several camping trips and it worked great.
This unit was purchased to replace a 5 year old version that got bent during a hookup oops. I would have given this 5 stars except for the fact that the the unit I received had a bad motor. When I first installed it, the motor would short 12 volts to the chassis in the Extend direction and trip the circuit breaker.
etrailer customer service was great and got a replacement motor out to me very quickly, before we left for our trip. They didn’t make me replace the entire stabilizer.
The new motor solved the problem and now it works great. It is much faster than the original version and quieter too.
Easy to install. Motor is much quicker than the original. Can install by yourself just need a couple of bungee cords to hold in place during bolt up. Done in under 2 hrs by myself. 2017 Coachman 391 QSMB 5th wheel.
Arrived way sooner then I had anticipated, I replaced a factory damaged one with the LC337199. It turned out to be a direct replacement, no holes to drill. Works perfect, faster then the original. I highly recommend Etrailer.com and of course this power stabilizer.
The jack arrived on time. Was easy enough to install even without instructions and worked. 4 stars because I think the unit should ship with the necessary hardware to mount. I was able to use the hardware from the jack I was replacing but I still feel a new jack should have new hardware.
We ordered two of these to replace the ones we destroyed. Once we learned that we didn't have to remove the riveted panels under our 2018 Airstream Classic, it was an easy job for us to complete ourselves. The bolts on the Airstream are secured directly to the frame, and we didn't need to add the nut on the other side. We used tape to holt the bolts in the order we removed them so we knew they would fit back in the holes from which they came.
wired right up would like for you to send me a link for parts. To fix the one that was under my camper that was still less than a year old. when I get the other one fixed I will give you another good review!
I’m very happy with the stabilizer. The order was processed and shipped quickly. I installed the part today. It was a simple install , that took maybe an hour. The mounting holes lined up perfectly with the existing ones.
The product is great. The problem I had that is was advertised to be delivered June 14 but actually delivered at 7:45 pm on Friday the 16th. By that time the shop scheduled to install it was closed. We had a lengthy camping trip planned beginning the following Monday. We are currently scrambling to make adjustments assuming the stabilizer will be installed sometime that day.
Bolted up easy installation, only disappointment was it didn`t come in a box just wrapped up in plastic
This was purchased to replace the factory automatic levelers on the front of our camper. Product-wise, very satisfied. Very simple to put on…with hole modifications and rerouting the gas line due to this beam laying flat on the camper bottom and the factory installed one being manufactured with a one inch space. Overall, very satisfied with the product.
The jacks came as promised and already installed on my trailer.
I needed to replace my stabilizer jack went with the lippert lc337199 which was the exact model as mine.Great product well made,& being powered make,s it easy to raise & lower to stabilize your trailer or fifth wheel. The Lippert 337199 was easy to install only eight bolts & two wires only took an hour & a half total.I gave it Five stars for product Quality and ease of installation.

I ordered these stabilizer jacks to replace the ones that hurricane Ian damaged. I couldn't find the exact model number of the originals, but after emails with etrailer I was convinced that these would be the correct replacement. The order arrived about 3 days earlier than I had expected, and while I haven't had the opportunity to put the jacks on yet, I have measured the mounting holes and they appear to be an identical match.
I have ordered from etrailer in the past, and have used their knowledgeable sales reps several times.
I have never had a bad experience ordering from them.
Stabilizer arrived in tact. Packaging was in good shape. Left on porch in rain, but covered in plastic by carrier. Delivery occurred within the same week I ordered it, and that was with a delay due to bad weather. I was able to track order all the way through. Great Service! Will be ordering some other things in the near future. Shhhh, don't tell my wife! Just kidding.

Great. I just have to remember to put the stabilizers up before I raise the tongue!
Need better/additional shipping material. Item arrived wrapped only in plastic pallet wrap. The motor end cap was dragged or made contact with something and is cut. Won’t know until the 18th of February if it affects the motor, when I set up the RV.
Product was easy to order, when I called the order in they were efficient and ensured order accuracy.
I was impressed on how quickly the order was shipped out.
Installation was simple. Even my 13 year old son was able to help me as I lifted it in place for him to install the bolts.
The quaility of product and operation of the stabilizer is superior to other market options and the price is worth it.
If I need other parts, this company is my first choice from now on.

Great product. Still going strong after a year. Well worth the money I paid for a high quality product. You get what you pay for and definitely will use etrailer again. Buy it once and be done.
Our camper came with a similar product on it but one got damaged. This unit out performs the replaced one and we are contemplating replacing the other one with a matching unit. Great service from etailer who called to insure we got the right one. Fast delivery too. I have Found items here I have not been able to find elsewhere. Look forward to doing more business with them.
Delivered on time, easy to install and working great. Could have been 5 stars if customer service had known that this model was the replacement to my original rather than telling me to measure the mounting holes. Called Lippert my self to verify after messing around with the measurement.

Unfortunately, its typically very difficult to determine which particular component parts an RV manufacturer will use on any given RV. In most cases, the manufacturer wouldnt even be able to tell us which stabilizer was used. Unlike cars and trucks, theres no easy reference or easily accessible parts list for an RV.
I ordered the LC337199 Lippert Stabilizer to replace my original unit. It was damaged from gustnado wind 80 to 90 MPH . I was lucky to have stabilizers down. The front of camper was blown over about 4 feet and did not blow over. The stabilizers got messed up but saved the camper. I received my new unit with the double spacer kit in a couple days. Very simple to remove and install new one. I have always had good quick service from etrailer on all of my purchases. Thank You
Had to replace a stabilizer on our trailer...ordered the exact part number, arrived quickly tho packaging was pretty beat up from shipping - part appeared undamaged (somehow lol) so went ahead with replacement. Like most diy repairs, YouTube/internet video is a great resource if you aren't familiar with the job. I definitely suggest watching one on stabilizer replacement first, even if you are handy. I followed the process exactly and had a new stabilizer in action in just over an hour with 1 helper assisting. Perfect fit and the motor runs a bit more smooth than the original. Order replacement parts here with confidence - very happy I must say
Very good customer service over the phone. Easy install in around 2 hours. Only concern is it is not as well built as the one I took off which is the same brand. Maybe they make a heavier built model I did not ask so my fault but I will order from here again when I need other parts. The part I ordered was the rear stabilizer jacks item LC337199
The stabilizer jack appears to be as advertised. this should be a direct replacement for a damaged one on my travel trailer. I will try and update this review after installing the new jack.
