Can Lippert Stabilizer Jacks # LC337199 be Operated Manually

Is there a manual retract on this, just in case there is some type of electrical problem ?

The Lippert stabilizer part # LC337199 that you referenced can be manually operated using the manual crank handle # LC119226 which is not included. Manual operation is covered on page 4 of the attached instructions.
