I just finished replacing my black and grey tank drain valves which were happened to also be Valterra valves. The valves themselves are fine and were a direct replacement for my OEM valves. The job itself is extremely challenging as the trailer manufacturers made access to these valves difficult at best. Add to this the fact that you are working on the black tank. No matter how well you flush that tank (and I was meticulous about it), its still a nasty job. Getting the valves in place with the seals properly in their seats while laying on my back under the trailer with raw sewage dripping on my face made me wish I could could get my hands around the throat of the guy who designed the location of this valve! Nevertheless despite this near impossible feat I did get both valves installed and they work great and I hope I never have to do this again. By the way Etrailer was great quick delivery and every nut and bolt I needed was there so they get a gold star and the Heartland engineer gets a big F !

Well, they're just a couple of sets of two seals for grey water and black water gate valves. They fit, they had a good price and they got here in a reasonable amount of time through the US Mail. Not my first experience w/ etrailer and if they keep it up, fairly certain it won't be the last

Received Item in time promised, Product in good shape and fixed my problem. I had been putting this job off for a while and glad to have it done. As I shopped on the internet, etrailer was the only place that I found the part needed. Of course this would prevent me looking for a better price. But when it comes to supply and demand, price is thrown out the door. jR

ordered the seal kit to fix a leak on my holding tank valve. A little messier process than replacing the entire valve body but less expensive and just as effective.

- LaSalle Bristol Cable-Actuated RV Waste Valve stuckI would probably disconnect the cable from the camper so it lays out on the ground under the trailer to ensure that there are no kinks or nicks in the cable. Then I would try to put some oil into the cable (from the handle end) to see if you can free it up. Lastly I would take the valve apart at the four bolts It is probably not going to be pleasant, but you will need to take that valve apart and see what is the matter.
