- Replacement Slide Scale Measuring Strip for Thule AeroBlade Load BarsAccording to my contact at Thule, their Replacement Slide Scale # 8526596004, sounds like it is the product that you are looking for. This is the incremented strip that is installed on the underneath side of the Thule AeroBlade bars that are a total of 55 inches long and 53 inches without the SwingBlade endcaps. Please note this replacement smart strip only fits the AeroBlade crossbars.

The first being that you still use your Thule feet and instead of using crossbars you use the Thule Caprock Platform Roof Tray # TH58YE. This would give you more mounting locations to accommodate all of your cargo needs. The other option would be to switch to a Yakima roof rack, with the Yakima JetStream Crossbars # Y00426 and TimberLine Towers # Y33TR....
