Replaces the Smart Scale 1500 for your Thule WingBar Evo 150-Series roof rack crossbar (TH711500 or TH711520).I feel like I was taken. First of all, when you order online the site leads you to believe the part is in stock. Wasn’t the case. The order was held up until etrailer received it, then it was shipped more than three weeks later. On top of that the part wasn’t even an actual Thule part, it was an aftermarket part manufactured for etrailer to fit a Thule wingbar. And it doesn’t even fit right. I could have order the actual factory part from Thule and it would have been a comparable cost and would have arrived sooner. I’ve had good experiences with etrailer in the past but this one leaves me disappointed.

Sean, the site automatically sends out a response to the person buying any product letting them know if it is out of stock and that the wait time will be longer. You then need to verify you read that and confirm the order or a different in stock option. This part is a Thule part. If Thule changed something or altered the way it is produced that is for them to do. We are just the middle man. I am sorry you had a bad experience and hope that you do not have any issues going forward.
