Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a brief look at this Yakima replacement adapter and seat. This is going to replace one adapter and seat for your Yakima corebar aero crossbars. And this is going to work with the following model numbers of that aero crossbar that you see there on your screen. And as you probably know, this is going to let you mount your crossbar to the Yakima Baseline, Ridgeline, Skyline, or Timberline towers, as you see there on your screen.

Lets you mount crossbar to Yakima BaseLine, RidgeLine, SkyLine, or TimberLine towers.This is the first time that I’ve done business with this company, but it won’t be my last. Their communication with me after the order and through delivery, as well as the fast delivery are second to none. I initially ordered just one set of Yakima BaseLine towers and one Corebar. When I decided that we HAD to take the bicycles along also, I needed the other pair of towers and bar. I ordered from etrailer.com because they were the only company that I could find, with an exhaustive search, that sold the ‘replacement towers’ by themselves. Well, I should have done a bit more research, as the plain towers did not come with the seat or adapter for the bar. Problem solved quickly, and in time to load up and take my Cub Scouts out on a long camping weekend.
Here is the truck before adding all the rest of the camping gear and Tonneau cover. All Yakima: BaseLine towers and CoreBars, Big Catch kayak saddles, LongArm and extension, and Front Loaders for the bikes.

I replaced the crossbars on my trucks roof rack, changing from round to Corebars. These adapters made it easy. They fit into my existing Baseline towers. Total bar swap was done in less than an hour.

I needed one new bracket for my Yakima Skyline towers to attach to the cross bars. When I searched for them, this was the site was the first to come up and was the cheapest. I couldn’t find them on the Yakima website without buying a whole new cross bar. The checkout was fast and simple. I received the order in about a week.

I cannot thank them, and eTrailer, enough. Regarding the roof rack itself, I have now installed it and can vouch that the installation was a breeze. All parts fit and the instructions were correct. Replacement adapter worked perfectly
Due to an error in judgement on garage door height I needed to replace the CoreBar brackets for my Yakima rack. Etrailer was the only outlet that offered the exact components I was looking for at an unbelievable price.
The shipment did travel an unusual route to get to me but it did arrive within an acceptable time-frame.
It took some time to get them in as they were backordered, like many other products right now. Etrailer staff were great about keeping me updated due to the backordered, and followed up after the delivery. The parts were as expected and were setup an hour after the mailman dropped them off!
Bought a set of corebars at a garage sale, but they were missing the seats. etrailer was the only place I could find them, work and fit as expected.
All I needed was a small, inexpensive part for my Yakima roof rack and i was surprised at how quick it shipped out to me.
