This faucet lets you upgrade the kitchen faucet in your RV or camper. Using the inlet shanks, drop the new faucet and deck plate in place through the mounting holes of your existing faucet. Then tighten the included mounting hardware. Finally, connect the hot and cold water lines. The use of tub and tile caulk (not included) is required.

The gooseneck spout is very difficult to turn. I feel if I force it , it will break or leak.
It’s good just wish it was metal instead of plastic beside that it works great

When I received this, there was a hole in the box. Other than faucets what else belongs in the box? It doesn't seem complete?

The product arrived in the original packaging from the manufacturer. Just the end flap and tabs were taped shut. The cardboard package was badly damaged and torn, however, the faucet was fine.
I would rate the Product a #3, only because it did not include the fact that the faucet head did not rotate , as I needed that because we have dual Sinks ! It was the only one offered that had the right measurement between the two water line inlets thru the counter ! I had to buy a pivoting nozzle that did not work out well, and am still trying to find one that we can make work ! The Manufacturer did not offer any solution ! Thanks !
Your shipping turnaround was quick. When the package showed up, it was nearly destroyed during the shipping/handling process though. It was shipped in it's original manufacturer's cardboard box, which was not up to the heaving handling of shipping via carriers. So it was bent, torn an open when it arrived. Fortunately, the contents were all there and the faucet was not damaged. In the future, you should consider reboxing into a heavier container before shipping items like this. I decided not to send it back, because I was in a hurry to install the item. Fortunately for all...it worked fine.

I was able to install this by myself without tools. I received EXACTLY what I ordered. My shipment arrived sooner than I expected, so I installed and tomorrow I’m pulling my Horsetrailer to a new adventure. I’ll buy from you guys EVERY time I need something for my trailer.

This is a replacement of the like it that broke. They didn’t lubricate the O-ring seals. The faucet is very hard to turn. That’s why the original one broke. I took this one apart and lubricated it myself. Much better.

This faucet does not come with much. I have confirmed that what is included is the faucet and two inlet shanks. You will need to get some tile and tub caulk for installation, but that is not included with this faucet. Please let me know if you were missing the inlets.
