Replaces the left outer or right inner wheel tray for Swagman Chinook 2 bike platform rack (S64683).The customer service at etrailer was above and beyond; they are helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. They solved problems for me and got me back on track with fixing my bike rack.
Item #SP520 (Swagman Chinook Bike Platform Rack) arrived very quickly. I wasn't able to installed until today. The part fits perfect;y onto the rack which was may main concern. It is black in color. The existing platforms are grey in color but it is not a problem. Thank you for the follow up emails prior to the arrival of the platform rack. Great customer service. I will make future purchases from your business.
It's a very solid part. This is a replacement for a Swagman Chinook wheel tray that either vibrated off the rack or was stolen. If you have one of these bike racks, don't neglect putting the retaining screws in. Also make sure that you are ordering the correct part, as these come in both right- and left- versions.
Great product not to be outdone by the amazing customer service at etrailer. I was missing the wheel tray closest to the car on the drivers side. You would think this is the left inside- but swagman calls this the left outside which resulted in my receiving 3 incorrect replacement trays. The women in customer service were so helpful and patient. You can always get someone on the phone or via email at etrailer, a welcome event these days!
I am a little surprised it got here but very pleased.
shipping dates kept getting moved further and further out then it changed from early May to January.Thanks for keeping on top of it

It has been a year since I installed the Swagman Chinook Bike Platform and it has worked flawlessly. Definitely I will order any future platforms needed from eTrailer.
