Replacement Front Wheel Tray for Swagman Semi 2.0 and 4.0 Bike Carriers

I was happy this part was available. Someone backed into my rack in a parking lot and broke this cradle. I was able to replace the part and no other damage to my Swagman 2.0 rack. Part fit great, still good a year later. 450410

The replacement wheel cup is holding up great. The rack is still in great shape. The only negative thing is the fold up collapse feature. You can’t fold the rack to 90 degrees when attached to a vehicle. The ad gives you the impression that you can fold the bike holder from horizontal to vertical as a space saver but it doesn’t. The arms that hold the front tire in its cradle hit the hitch arm. That’s how my tire cradle got busted to begin with, someone backed into the rack because it was in horizontal position and not visible.

We ordered this replacement part from Etrailer and it is great. We had an issue with delivery. When I called Etrailer to explain the post office tried to deliver the product to my office on Saturday, when it was closed, and never attempted re-delivery, Etrailer advised me that the post office had the package and I needed to go there to retrieve it or else it would be returned and I would be charged a restocking fee. I asked could they just send it back out to me and not restock. That was a problem at first but when I escalated to a supervisor, it was all put into place. The problem was not due to Etrailer or me, but I am glad Etrailer was willing to modify their procedures to do the right thing. Very nice!! 306784

I needed to get a replacement piece for my bike rack as ot was hit in a parking garage. The transaction went smoothly, the part arrived on time and fit perfectly. two minutes to install. Looks and works exactly like original. Happy with etrailer. 516917

The product is good the same as came off. Shipping went fine only complaint is it did not come with the two mounting screws which unless I missed it does not say that. I would expect that the product would come with all pieces to mount onto the rack or should highlight to order them seperatly 498852
