Excellent product and replacement part as I would expect from Swagman.
The replacement part was from a drilled out receiver hitch and I wanted the threaded portion so I could securely lock in the bike rack with no movement to keep from damaging my bikes.

Just what I needed to use my swagman bike rack, however it took forever to receive the product. Thought about canceling and it finally arrived with a caveat the pin on the rack was to large for the hole in the shank. I had to drill out the hole for the pin to fit. Once that was done the shank was exactly what I wanted.

The two smaller holes at the front of the shank are 1/2" in diameter and the larger rear holes are 5/8" in diameter. The overall length is 15" and the distance from center of threaded hitch pin hole to end of the shank is 13-1/2". As for hole placement on the shank, see the attached drawing.

- Can the Swagman Original 4 fit a 2 Inch hitch on a Honda CRV? I have a solution for you, but the Swagman Original 4 Bike Rack is not compatible with the replacement shank, # SP129T. Instead, you will want to use a hitch reducer like part # HT02. This allows you to fit your current receiver to the rack without having to replace or modify the rack.
