Today we're going to review part number SW2320200. This is the Superwinch ATV Handlebar Switch Upgrade Kit for the Superwinch LT2000 Utility Winch. Now, this kit will allow you to convert your Superwinch LT2000 Utility Winch into a full LT2000 ATV Winch just by relocating the rocker switch to your handlebars. It includes this rocker switch with the installation hardware. Includes the high amp relay control box with the solenoid. It also includes a nice set of detailed instructions.
Now, this part will also work great as a replacement part for the LT2000 ATV Winch and the ATV2000 ATV Winch. The rocker switch right here enables you to control your winch's cable in and cable out, has a covered rocker switch to protect it from the weather. It'll attach right here with the hardware to the ATV's handlebars. Now, when you go to install this, the control box right here, the high amp relay control box, you'll have 2 long wires, black and red. These long wires would attach to the motor. Red is your positive, the black is your negative.
These would attach to the motor of the winch. Right here, you'll have 2 shorter black and red wires, and these would attach to the 12-volt battery. Again, the red is the positive, the black is the negative. Then you'll have 2 smaller wires, a green one and a black one with the connectors attached to it. Those are designed to connect to the switch right here, and they have a green and a black also.
You just plug those in. Then the last wire you want to attach is this single red wire. This will need to run to your ignition switch. That should do it for the review on part number SW2320200 the Superwinch ATV Handlebar Switch Upgrade Kit for the Superwinch LT2000 Utility Winch. .

The switch and control box can also be used as a replacement for your LT2000 ATV winch.Awesome Switch replacement for an old ATV Winch. My old switch wore out due to old age and water damage. So I decided to replace with this ATV Handlebar Switch. I placed the switch near the center to allow easier access of positioning my snow plow. Just a reminder, to flip the cables on the winch terminals to match the output signals on your switch. I also had to attach a form of spacer for the handlebar switch because my handlebar was thin (couple zip-ties to create space). I ran the cables along the body of the ATV. The SWITCH gets the job done!
worked on my old super winch. wires were long enough so I could loom the wiring- surprisingly but had to splice the wiring into the winch motor because the old motor made it impossible to do otherwise. no biggie but that's about a 10 gauge wire and it takes a lot of heat to solder together.
using this to run a snow plow on my ATV. like the idea of a relay instead of the old switch. little concerned about the plastic box longevity but hope for the best.
at over $60 for the old switch, this was a great deal.
My relay control box went out on my LT2000 wench, which was 3 years old. I went on line to look for a replacement and found what I needed on the eTrailer website. I was very satisfied with the low price and the warranty for this kit. Plus, it was only $x to ship! Great! No problems
I used it to replace the old manual control on a warn winch that didn't fit my handlebars. It works perfectly. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to upgrade or replace almost any atv winch control. It'seems easy to install and works great.

Still working great after a year of use.I wouldnt hesitate to buy another just like it should the need arise.
Got wiring harness today it took about 45 minutes to install and works great price was fair and shipping was fast very happy with the product

I installed this on an 03 Yamaha Kodiak 400cc. The old switch we used for our winch stopped working. I was hoping to use the wiring already installed, but chose not to because the wiring to from this solenoid goes directly into the solenoid box. There isn't much for directions but a diagram, and the sketch of the wires coming out of the solenoid were not exactly correct but I do believe most people would figure out which wires go to the battery and which go to the winch. I placed the solenoid box in the storage area under the seat. The wires going to the winch were just long enough. If you have a bigger atv you may need to locate the box between the winch and the battery.
My order arrived faster than I thought and was exactly what I ordered. The Superwinch ATV Handlebar Switch for my ATV LT2000 Utility Winch worked perfectly. I will continue to make purchases through etrailer.com
Very pleased with the ATV Handlebar Switch that my son installed
for my Superwinch T1500. I wish Superwinch would have included this switch with the winch instead of the switch that was included when I purchaced my T1500. I especially liked the ETRAILER price and prompt shipping. The only negative comments I have are that it is difficult to see the I N & OUT markings on the switch and my son complained that he had a difficult time routing and connecting the wires.
I ordered this product as a replacement for the solenoid included with the Superwinch LT2000 ATV winch. Product was exactly as described, and was a perfect drop-in replacement. First solenoid was shot after only one year of use (mostly winter-time plowing); hopefully this one lasts a bit longer.
Product arrived faster then expected. I only needed the control box so ill keep the rocker switch for an extra. I had the control box replaced on my kingquad with superwinch 2000 in thirty minutes. I like how the cable from rocker switch to control box has color coded wires with quick connects. Power cables are plenty long to reach battery and winch. It was a breeze and works great! Ill buy from etrailer again..
This kit was a replacement for one already installed on my ATV. I must have burned out the switch or some other part because the winch would only work in one direction after I reeled it in too far a few months ago. Replaced the existing wiring with this kit, and now everything works as before.
the handlebar switch I ordered was what I needed. It was shipped in a timely manor and arrived when it should have and put it on the four wheeler and worked perfect.

the switch is still working good
Service was great, HOWEVER when I opened the parts box the parts bag was open and one Nylok nut was missing from the handle bar switch, ( Not Happy ) When I had the A T V all opened up too install the parts. I had to STOP and drive 16 miles to a hardware .get the .90 cent Nut,Soo I could put my Wifes ATV back togeather. So much for Q/C
The handlebar upgrade kit was exactly what I needed. It Came with all the parts I needed to replace the old wiring that was already on my Atv. The instructions were very easy to follow and the replacement took me about an hour to complete. Couldn't have been any easier. Thanks e-trailer!

The switch is difficult to use with gloves on. You have to really push hard on the switch to operate the winch. I use it to lift a snowplow on a quad.
Sent the correct part 2 days sooner than expected, and used it a little in summer but snow plow inspection proved ready for another year.
The wiring harness and components is exactly what I needed to get my winch working properly again. Just as described online. Great response in communication on my order and fantastic speedy shipping results.
This switch worked great with my Super Winch but I had a relay go bad after a year of use. etrailer's warranty and return policy was great. They had me up and running with a new switch very fast.
product works but sucks trying to hook it up an the instructions are not at all helpful. they were to hard to understand. couldnt mount box where instructed to as wires were to short. couldnt hook wires directly to winch had to splice together.
Product came exactly as described. All needed parts were included and I was able to make the repair quickly. The product shipped quickly and I was provided tracking information as well. Thanks!

Pro: All seems to be ok. Small switch that fit handle bar well. I installed it then used it on my four wheeler to plow with no problems as of now.
Con: Bulky black box that would not fit under the seat of my Polaris Sportsmen.
