Today we are going to review part number BDW20099. This is the Bulldog wireless controller for the bulldog 2000 lb and 3000 lb power sport ATV winches. This wireless controller right here is the complete replacement relay control pack with the wireless controller installed. This will replace your original relay controller and provides wiring for your original handlebar rocker switch. This is designed to fit the Bulldog Winches part number 15001 and 15010 and the 1502 and 15011. This gives you a inconvenient power in and power out control from many position within 45 foot radius of this control box. You can see the hand controller has a nice belt clip on it.
On the side here is the power switch, on and off and has a little red LED light up here that shows you if it's operating. This will allow operator to keep clear from any dangerous rigging and the operator can also monitor the winching from different positions. Now again, just to mention this control box right here is configured to operate even using the hardwired many rocker switch that is usually included with those winches. Again this includes the hand control and the wireless control box. So basically what happens is that you have a long black and red wire. The long wires would be what connect to the motor of your winch.
The red would go to the red terminal, black usually to the white terminal. The two shorter black and red wires, this is what will connect to your battery. The red will go to your positive post, the black will go to your negative post and then the two smaller wires, a green and a black wire, those will connect to your mini rocker switch that you have already with the winch. I purchased this for a boat lift winch. It worked perfectly. Slight modification since there was no need for a handlebar switch, but the color coding of the rest of the wires was spot on. As usual the customer service was great.
