This glow illuminates the steps surface for increased safety when entering and exiting your camper at night or in low light conditions. When these strips are exposed to sunlight for about five hours, they allow the strips to glow for around five hours. It's a fast and easy peel and stick installation. You just peel the adhesive off the back and then you apply it to a nice clean surface.It does have a nice textured surface, kind of like sand paper, so that's like an anti slip design. That's going to help ensure solid footing.
Again it is designed for safety step platform steps but it can also be used on similar size steps and stools from other manufacturers. Taking a look at the dimensions real quick. When it comes to the overall length, measuring edge to edge each strip measures 15 and a half inches long. Has not held up well, I had some extra, so I will try to reapply to a section and see if it works.
