Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this replacement right-hand side motor for the Lippert Power Gear Electric Leveling Jack System. Now this part will replace the right hand side which is the passenger side electric leveling jack motor for your power gear electric leveling system. Works with the part numbers 383548, 383768, 383772, 383778, and the 383796. Basically, this motor will operate the leveling jack on the right-hand side of the RV leveling system. Does come with the four motor mounting screws and a nice set of instructions that described how this installs.
But that should do it for the review on the replacement right-hand side motor for the Lippert Power Gear Electric Leveling Jack System..

Ordering the power gear jack motor was easy, Melissa very professionally insured that I got the correct motor and that the purchase was quickly completed. The motor was received today as scheduled in good condition, although the brake cover zip tie was broken.

Product came to my house broken twice. Both times the heavy jack motor was improperly packaged, bouncing around in the box while in transient. After receiving the first damaged motor I requested that the second be packaged in foam or something to secure the motor. After sending the first one back, the second one came shipped as the first. The box that could have held 4 motors, contained only one wrapped in a thin layer of bubble wrap. The brake handle pierced the boot both times. Not sure if there was anything else wrong with the expensive motor. Very disappointed. The second time they gave me three options: for me to replace the boot with my old one and give me $50 in return, get a refund, or send me a third motor.

Improved from original Jack Motor as wires enter lower in the boot. Original jack leaked water through higher wire entrance and water caused motor failure. This jack was delivered promptly and worked great. Only negative was UPS driver who dropped it on the door step.

Shipping and delivery time was excellent. UPS said it would be delivered by 7:00 PM I think due to weather it was delayed but it got here at 9:13 PM I put it on the next day it works great. The rubber on the bottom where the brake release is was torn slightly. I think more care should be takin when packing it for shipping . I put some glue where rubber was torn and I think it will be ok to use. I’m not unhappy with it but I think more care should be taken when packing for shipment
