Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at the replacement control switch for Lippert Components Hydraulic Landing Gear. This unit replaces the control switch for your Lippert Components Aluminum Hydraulic Landing Gear, that way you can easily extend and retract your system. Right here on the faceplate, this is the switch, and it has the retract and extend markings on there. The switch has a dimple design, so it allows for an easy use and nice, comfortable operation. It does wire into your existing hydraulic landing gear with the included wires, so when you're doing the replacement pay attention about which wire goes to which location because this is an exact replacement and will connect the exact same way as the original control switch did. Mounting hardware is not included.It does feature four pre-drilled mount holes to easily get it installed, and on the backside you'll notice it has the casing to keep the wires protected from the elements and to keep them all grouped together as well.
It just protects this area where the wiring connects to the switch. Then you have a foam backing here that creates a really nice tight seal at the installation area, that works as a gasket. White faceplate and black switch.I received the part, the landing gear switch, for my Montana 5th wheel. It came with no instructions and 4wires coming out of a 6 wire switch. I cut off the insulating boot to show the wiring and noticed the switch was the same as the old defective one. I removed the new wires and I plugged the old wiring in the same way the old switch was wired. It worked perfectly. I’m happy.

The landing jack switch I ordered came quickly and was an exact fit to what I needed. Took about 5 minutes to wire in and has been working wonderfully ever since. Would order from etrailer again.
I got my 5th wheel home to find out that it would go up enough to get it off my hitch, but then the switch wouldn't work. Went to rv dealer they couldn't find the switch like I needed, so I came home went on line and within10 min. Found the exact switch I needed from e-trailer! But when I hooked it up now my camper wI'll go down but not up! Ugh...
The replacement switch worked! About a 5 minute changeout. I had hoped UPS overnight would have delivered earlier in the day, but it was received within 24 hours after I placed the order. I applaud the order entry department, shipping and those I spoke with to get tracking information. This isn't the first time I have used etrailer.com, and certainly won't be the last! Thanks again!

The switch is working well, no problems.
I went to the local RV sales and service vendor and took the part that was bad and asked for a replacement part they said they would have to call the manufacturer and special order it because it wasn't a part they had in stock. 2 weeks goes by and they call and say it's in but not the exact match but it will work. It was totally different and would require them to install it. A friend told me to try you guys and sure enough 3 days later i have the exact part for half the price. Needlessl to say i will be ordering everything thru your company thank you
