Exactly Right. This is a small part and seems overly expensive at first. However it is an exact replacement, easy to order and solves the problem permanently. That is worth a lot.
Received Lippert Electric Step Joint Assembly Hardware kit in a timely manner last year. The product received was as expected. I installed the parts on my Tiffin Class A Breeze coach step, and it has worked fine for the past year. No complaints.
parts were used to overhaul a set of kwikee rv steps. some modifications had to be done but i don't remember what. steps are working perfectly.
I had lost a bolt on my motorhome's automatically retracting steps, and they sagged and often dragged on the ground when extended. These replacement bolts fit perfectly, and the steps have returned to like-new condition since installing them a year ago.
etrailer always has what I need, and their customer service is the absolute best! Everyone I have spoken with is very willing to help, and always with a great attitude. I placed this order late Sunday night, and it still shipped on Monday. Exactly what I needed to fix my Kwikee retractable steps.
I used the hardware kit to rebuild the steps on a monaco rv. The old parts were worn and the steps felt sloppy when using them. The kit tightened everything back up.
I purchased my RV used and the brass bushings in step were worn and missing. Step was not operating properly. I replaced all hardware and step operates like new and stores properly
Bolt was one needed to repair broken bolt on Lippert double electric steps on recall. Out of 457000, mine was one that broke after 8 years. The bolt was needed to temporarily repair steps until part for recall repair could be obtained. Lippert did not want to tell me which bolt I needed. Will get full repair accomplished at Myrtle Beach in 2 days. Thank you for such quick response and fast shipment.
We received our order for the bolt replacements. We were really excited to find your site offering these bolts as we have searched many fastener companies with no luck. We still have not actually replaced the bolts on the steps but they look perfect. Sorry, retired people are not in a hurry to do anything.

The original step bolt broke after seven years. Nice to find a replacement on etrailer. The install worked and have not had a problem with it for the last year.
Exactly what I needed. Searched for a while looking for the kit, should have went to Etrailer first.

Haven't installed yet so I am doing this review without actually using the product, but I think this review is mainly about etrailer anyway. I have ordered from them several times and so far have been satisfied with price and delivery.
Worked well as a replacement for a broken bolt on the Kwikee step of my 2007 Winnebago Aspect. Not an exact match as the existing bolt but it fit and so far it's fixed the loose step.
These items fit my Lippert steps perfectly. Materials are high quality and should last years. Good product.
My husband says the product works great. One of the bolts on our entry step broke so we needed to fix it as soon as possible. He was very impressed.
