Recommendation For Adding A Two Step Manual Step To 1989 Honey RV

Question:

I have a 1989 Honey Rv. There is 1 manual pull-out step now but its too far to the camper! I looked up underneath where it is bolted on. The bolts are 24inch apart on center and 5 and 1/2inch deep, on center. It doesnt look like the bolt pattern will match either the Flexco or the Lippert models. My OA measurement from the ground to the camper step is 24inch so I thought that the 2 step 7and 7/8inch rise would be the closest to even steps up to the camper. Please advise!

The Lippert Manual Pull-Out Step for RVs - Double - 7" Drop/Rise - 24" Wide - Steel - 300 lbs # LC432682 are a great option for your 1989 Honey RV. I recommend using the Lippert Outriggers for Manual RV Steps # LC301704 to give more stability to the mounting of these steps. You can use the Mounting Hardware for Lippert Electric and Manual RV Steps # LC118155-72 for this installation.
