Jeff: Hello everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're going to take a look at this on and off and dimmer rocker switch. Now this dimmer and on and off switch is for controlling your lights and other applications that are powered by your battery. Now this one is not recommended for LED use. The electrodes in this are designed to function in extreme temperatures and protect against voltage spikes.
This is a 15 amp at 12 volt DC. If you notice, it has two wire installation, the red wires for your 12 volt power, white wire goes to your light. You can see the switch as a nice black color, it is made in the USA.And last thing we'll do is just give you some dimensions, but I just want to show you, here's your on and off switch. And then your dimmer control, it's a slide switch that goes up and down. Now, the overall width on this, at the center is about the widest point.
So if we go center to center, it's about three inches wide. Overall height on it, can be right at about two and seven eighths inches tall, and the cutout dimension, which is the portion that will go into the cutout, that's going to measure width-wise right about two and a quarter inches wide, and height-wise about one and three quarter inches tall. But that should do it for the review on the on and off and dimmer rocker switch.

Replaced my 2022 FR3 two wire on/off toggle switch with no issues.
