Speaker 1: Today we're going to take a look at the Go Power MC4 expansion branch, with the one female connector, and the two male connectors. Now Go Power uses industry standard MC4 connections, for a nice, secure, quick, and easy connection on your solar systems. This branch connector here will let you wire two solar panels in parallel. The MC4 stands for Multi Contact four millimeters. The four millimeter's is the diameter of the contact pin in the connector.Now this type of connector will allow you to push the connectors together, but it does require a tool to disconnect them. This part will include one female connector, and two male connectors.
But that should do it for the review on the Go Power MC4 expansion branch, with one female connector, and two male connectors.

Replaces the MC4 expansion branch that lets you wire solar panels in parallel. Includes 2 male connectors and 1 female connector.Kinda misleading or I didn't look closely. Why two of the same? Should be 1 male and 1 female on the single side. Shopping from that big online store, every set of two pieces is 1 male and 1 female on the single side.
The conection is good however, not easy to disconnect due to bayonette tabs… I had to file edges off tabs for an easire disconnect.
These are very high quality connectors.
Good product, I only ordered 1 of the # 34267040 expansion Branch connectors but I received 2.

We certainly do not want the description to be misleading. This replacement branch is meant to be a replacement for the branch that comes with the Overlander expansion kit part # 34282182. Also included in the kit is part # 34267049 which has 1 male with 2 female connectors that allows the panels to be run in parallel.
