Today, we're going to be taking a look at the replacement spring bars for the equalizer weight distribution systems. These are designed to work with equalizer weight distribution systems. These are V5 and SAE tested. They're made right here in the USA. Solid steel construction with a nice protective finish on it to keep them safe from rusting corrosion. You're going to get two spring bars, so both bars are included.
This portion down here is going to be the portion that would go into the head assembly. This portion right here is the portion that would be held by the L brackets on your weight distribution system. Really nice structurally designed. Strong, durable design. They're going to have a total weight capacity of 1200 pounds with a max trailer weight capacity of 12,000 pounds.

I called the company Monday morning, and they shipped two bars which I received Wednesday. I live in Scottsdale Arizona, and I ordered them from Missouri.

I mistakenly left our bars in a truck that was totaled and needed new ones. It was difficult to find these until I cam across etrailer. The price was acceptable and surprising free shipping for some very heavy items.
The bars showed up promptly and fit into the hitch as the old ones did. I do not expect them to perform any differently than the original ones.
I've used an Equal-I-zer hitch for the past 2 years on my travel trailer. It has worked beautifully well! I can recommend this weight distribution hitch.

The product I purchased was exactly what I wanted the only thing I would say is that the weight of the items were put in one box which ended up being pretty torn up and a struggle for the ups driver to remove from truck. Order should have been in 2 separate boxes or packaged so they would not move around.
shipment came sooner than promised. So I was very happy with that. Product is the right shape and length with the holes in the right places. What else can you say about a couple of pieces of spring steel? I am assuming the temper is right. If it's not I'll write a new review in a couple of thousand miles.
Part of an upgrade I am doing to my towing capabilities.
etrailer was prompt and had the best overall pricing for my equal-i-zer 1200/12000 project.
Haven't had a chance to use these yet but they are OEM replacements for the others I have. This company has the best customer service of any of the on-line RV places I have used, and in this case they crushed everyone else's pricing.
