These pins replace the traditional pins and clips included with your Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System and they are made here in the USA and they're designed to let you quickly and easily attach and remove your Equal-i-zer spring bars. They insert through the bars and. the bars in the sockets on your weight distribution head and then they're secured in place quickly and easily with the integrated thumb clip. So this is gonna be very simple to use and as you can see, works very smoothly, very easily.

Designed to let you quickly and easily attach and remove your Equal-i-zer spring bars, these pins insert through the bars and the sockets on the weight-distribution head and are secured in place with the integrated thumb clips.Ordered this pin for my weigh-safe after seeing the praise for them in wandering weekends youtube channel. The pins that came on the weigh safe are poor design with the clip mechanism easily coming out of the pin. These equalizer pins have the clip fully loop through the pin, making it impossible to come apart. Superior design and solves my problem for when my pins are being stubborn to pull out without a little force.
Needed up upgrade the shank on our E4 to match the newer 3/4 ton pickup. Part arrived promptly and has worked flawlessly the entire time. Pulling an Imagine 2600RB, moving from a 1/2 ton to 3/4 ton truck was one of the best upgrades we have made.
I've been looking for something like this for my Equal-I-zer hitch to replace the old style pin. These are obviously perfect since they are manufactured by Equal-I-zer!

Havent needed to use the new cotter pins and L-brackets since they were purchased as spares.

The item was delivered in a timely mann er.
I highly recommend these as a replacement to the pins that come standard with the Equalizer Weight Distribution Spring Bars. They're so much easier to use. One recommendation, though... Insert the pins from the inside holes so the thumb clips don't interfere with movement of the spring arms.
I expect the parts I received should perform well. I have the six inch version of these parts in use on another trailer and they work fine.
All the parts received were correct except for two each “Inner Link Plate for Equal-i-zer Sway Control Bracket - 8" Trailer Frames
Item # EQ90-02-5208.”
What was sent to me is the six inch frame version (about 8.25 inches long) which is generally not sold separately by the manufacturer or etrailer. The labels affixed to the plates showed the correct part number for the eight inch frame version (about 10.25 inches long) but I was actually sent the the six inch version. The plates were mislabeled as eight inch versions.
This mistake is delaying a major trip for us by at least several days. I called and spoke to someone named Shaunee (not sure of correct spelling) to assist in resolving the problem. I advised her of the mislabeling issue and to advise the support team to send me the correct eight inch frame parts. I have been assured I will receive the correct parts, expedited processing and shipping. We shall see…
These are a lot better than the original one's that came with my weight distribution hitch and much easier to use
I'm relieved to use these rather than the pins/cotter pins that came with my Equalizer hitch. They will make removing the tension bars much easier. Cannot say enough good things about etrailer: fast shipping, excellent tracking, top notch customer service.

Theae pins have held up well and are light years above the old style that was a pin with seperate cotter pins. A simple but excellent upgrade and highly recommended.
Perfect fit, no more looking for locking clips in the dirt.
So much better than the originals. These have no weld points to break, which is what happened to one of my original pins - after only six uses!
These are also easier to unclip with the extended end. Highly recommend.

Am currently using these pins and they work well....just wanted some replacements/spares for next camping season.
Wanted a few spare clips on hand, you never know when you'll lose one while on the road and you can't pick them up just anywhere last minute. Delivery time was reasonable; 2 day free shipping would have been better.
