Handle came packaged well and prompt. The handle was a direct replacement and went i w/o any issues. I have always had good service from etrailer.

Had to wait a couple of weeks for one piece on the order to come in, but etrailer let me know what was going on. Product looks good, will install in the next couple of days. 2nd time I've used etrailer, good stuff, good prices, good service.

view full answer... - Replacement for Old Dutton-Lainson 800 Pound Tongue JackI spoke with my contact over at Dutton-Lainson and found out that they stopped making that jack in 1994 and the specific handle for it they ran out of at least 10 years ago. But the good news is that your jack was replaced by a different jack that is still available today. It is the 6400 model # DL22457. Replacing the jack is pretty much the only option at this point.
