Ellen: Hey everyone. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com. And today we're taking a look at the replacement flush fall shaft and spring cartridge for your Dometic RV toilet. If something has gone wrong with your toilet, maybe it's not flushing like it should or it's just gotten worn out and needs some replacement, this is going to be the kit for you. This is going to work with all of your Dometic Sealand or vacuum flush toilet with the exception of the Dometic 300, 310 and 320 series.This is the older style of RV toilet. It's going to come with the shaft here that's going to line up with this little slot that goes into our cartridge.
If I can get that to stay there. And that lines up with a little square hole inside the cartridge lines up with that. And then this would connect into the water valve with the two screws here. And then that also connects into your pedal.It should look more or less like that. There are two of these, two kits for these.
There's going to be a slightly different one if you do have the 300, 310 or 320 series toilet. That is also available here at etrailer.com. If you have one that has the black caps to the cartridge, that will be the kit that you need. Otherwise, this is going to be that replacement part to get everything working again for your RV toilet. This is made in the USA.

Shaft, spring cartridge, and hardware included.Fixed what I messed up. I had removed the screw holding the spring assembly, the one that has “Do not remove” printed on it. I did not see that until after I removed it. This kit has a double seal where as the original only had one, and the replacement spring assembly was so easy to install.
Pain in arse to get the pivot pin screw out and then back in. CAnt get a good angle for the phillips screw. Toilet bowl holds water again. Very happy.
