If I could give the 0 stars I would. Their company wouldn't return a part without using their shipping label which was four times the price of the part. When your trying to fix things and a company gives you a bigger headache that's what you get with these guys.1775854

This was an exact fit, replacement part for the Plain Style Solera power awning w/ the built-in speakers on a 2017 model year camper trailer. May also work for the Plain Style w/o the speakers.1646888

The part did not quite fit. Need to grind another flat to allow the drive end of the pin to fit into the drive end slot. Also needed to widen the drive end cir-clip slot. All in all everything worked out.

The replacement pin is specific to the Lippert # LC266146 drive motor. If you have a different drive motor, the pin wont fit, or it might require modifications such as the one you described.

Do NOT buy this. It’s the wrong part for Lippert Solera awning. The original is beveled on both sides where it goes into the drive. etrailers is rounded so it will not fit. Picture attached. I’m up a creek now with my awning in pieces trying to bend the old one back in place. 764137

I reached out to my contact at Lippert, and based on your situation it seems like you have one of their new motors. This part is for their older style motors. We were able to get the new Gear Drive Head added to our website, part # 643917. This part is for their new line of awning motors.

Part is not proper fit for awning, dimensions are correct with the exception of surface on gear side, needed to be flat on 2 sides, only flat on 1 side, otherwise it would be an exact fit1628183

The pin end that fits into the Gear pack is incorrect. The pin needs two flat sides in order for it to fit the machined hole in the gear drive. The picture shows the flat end but it is only on the one side shown and needs to be on both sides of the pin. So I would need to grind or file the opposite side from round to flat. I will return the pin and look for a proper fit1418453

Which drive head do you have? This part is intended to replace the head pin needed for Solera power awning gear drive head part # LC266146

Had to get this pin due to the spacing where the lock washers go and previous purchasing the wrong pins, but now the head does not fit the drive head for my awning motor.1414663

Great product, very sturdy and saved me $300 for a new power head for my awning. Replacing the old pin is very easy anyone with very minor mechanical skills can do it. E-trailer is the best!881339

Ordered with gear pack for same awning and had to highly modify! Gear pack end needed to be ground flat on second side and cuts for locking clips were not in correct spots!1367617

This is designed to work with # LC266146. I would double check your motor unit and make sure it is the right model.

Not exactly what I needed the motor end should be flat on 2 sides this piece is flat only one side. Maybe I ordered wrong not sure. Shipping wasn’t good I paid for upgrade shipping got order later than was proposed1308782

It depends on the Solera power awning gear drive heard that you have. This pin is intended to be use for the Solera Power Awning plain drive head part # LC266141. We do have another pin, part # LC93FR, that is the pin for the black drive head part # LC273478.

Great once i fixed it to work properly. As i stated before

does not match with the very standard Solera power drive head AT ALL, DIY for hours to stuck it into the motor head just to get my finger injured and find out it does not even fit the roller side probably by 1mm and do not have the energy to keep DIY that side anymore!!! The head and back covers I bought together with the Pin do not fit at all too. Nothing in my entire package fit my total normal standard solera awning, a total waste of money. A different brand idler head from [onine vendor] fit perfectly with literally 3 mins of effort to put on. Had to buy a brand new original solera motor head for $[XX] from etrailer again with finger-cross as the [online vendor] motor drive head ($[XX]) running back order.1311447
