Today we're going to take a look at the Replacement Shoe Return Spring for the Hayes / AL-KO 10" Electric Trailer Breaks. This is for a quantity of one. Now this part will replace the one Shoe Return Spring on your Hayes / Al-KO 10" by 2 1/4" electric trailer break assembly. It is designed to fit the break assembly, part number 60202803 and 60202703. This part does include the one replacement spring. Then just give you an idea of the overall length from one end to the other end, it's going to be right at about 7 3/4".

Replaced brake return springs on 1974 system exactly the same length and size as originals but with correct tension. Now the electric brakes all apply at the same time and with out any premature lockup, even with the old outdated original system.
The springs were correct and put the right tension for the shoes to function properly!
The site helped me find the right parts, they worked perfectly, and arrived earlier than expected. These guys are impressive!
