Thanks for reaching out. I love the product. The pan combined with the gauge to track the temperature of the fluid has given me invaluable peace of mind. Believe me, if I am ever in need for products for any of my vehicles, your site will be one of the first ones I check.

I ordered a transmission oil gage and it arrived in just a couple days (Very prompt).
The directions were very simple and the gage was very easy to install and works great

I have had this product in my truck for a year now and it is working perfectly

by:

Easy install, basic instructions. The sensor is exact fit for the pressure port plug on driver side tranny body(2002 4r70w) no drilling the tranny pan

by:

Drilled the pan and installed per instructions. Seems to work good with no leaks at install area. Wiring for light is a little flimsy or I would give better rating.

by:

Parts came in the expected time frame. Package in a way to not have damaged parts.

by:

Fast service and delivery. After finding a fuse bank to attach it was easy to install.

by:

Haven't installed gauge or tranny cooler yet. Great customer service and fast shipping.

by:

Just what I wanted and fast shipping.

GREAT PRODUCT GREAT PRICE

  • Will The Derale Combination Transmission and Engine Oil Cooler Part # D15902 Fit My 2011 Tacoma
Transmission and engine coolers are universal in that the manufacturers do not test the fitment and performance on individual vehicles. To ensure a proper fitment on your 2011 Toyota Tacoma, you will need to measure the amount of space you have in front of the radiator/condenser free of obstructions. The current cooler you have selected in the Derale Combination Transmission and Engine Oil Cooler part # D15902 has dimensions of 17" wide x 12-1/2" tall x 3/4" deep. We have not had a chance...

  • Where to Mount a Transmission Fluid Temperature Gauge in a 1999 Ford F250
I would install it into the transmission pan of your 1999 Ford F250, you will have to remove your oil pan and drill a 1/2 inch hole into the transmission oil pan and use the supplied jam nut, nylon washer and temp sender pan adapter to install the temperature sensor. Or if your radiator has a coolant port on your radiator, using the included non-stick tape to install the temperature sensor in the port. Check out the picture I attached to see how it all installs. For mounting the gauge...

The Derale Series 8000 Plate-Fin Transmission Cooler Kit part # D13502 is an excellent option for a 2021 Toyota 4Runner and it will do a great job of providing additional cooling while towing or hauling heavy loads. It can then be combined with the Derale Temperature Gauge Kit for Transmission or Engine Oil part # D13009 to provide real time temperatures levels. Please note, you will need to add a bit of extra fluid to your transmission to account for the cooler and extra lines.

  • Does the Derale Temperature Gauge Kit Include the Temperature Sender Adapter
The Derale Temperature Gauge Kit, # D13009, includes the temperature sender adapter. I have attached a photo showing how the adapter and temperature sender will install on your oil pan. The adapter will insert into your transmission oil pan with the nylon washer and tightened to the pan with the jam nut. Once the adapter is installed, then temperature sender will thread into the adapter.

  • Will the Derale Transmission Pan Cooler D14204 Fit a 1994 GMC Suburban K1500 With 4L60 Transmission
So long as you have 2" of space beneath your factory transmission pan then yes, the Derale Transmission Pan Cooler part # D14204 will fit your 1994 GMC Suburban K1500 with the 4L60 transmission. In regards to the transmission fluid filter, you can use the OEM style that is for your transmission but Derale does not offer transmission fluid filters. The note for using a smaller transmission fluid filter only applies to models after 1996. Please note we have a temperature sensor this pan...

  • What Does Derale Temperature Gauge Kit, # D13009 Include
The Derale Temperature Gauge Kit, # D13009, comes with a mounting bracket and mounting hardware, a drain plug for transmission pan applications, and a temperature sensor. It has wiring leads in the back for the light inside but not to connect to the 3 terminal in the back. You can use wire # 10-1-1 which is sold by the foot. Enter the amount of feet you will need in the quantity box. You will need enough wire to reach from the gauge to a 12 volt switched ignition source, a suitable ground...

To install transmission and oil cooler # D15902 on your 2001 Dodge Ram 1500, you will first install the sandwich adapter between your oil filter and engine, then attach the cooler to your radiator or AC condenser core using the plastic rods, clips and foam pads included with the unit. Once the cooler is installed, you will cut and route hoses back to the sandwich adapter and attach them with hose clamps. • Which Side Of the Transmission Pan Does the Sensor for the Derale Temperature Gauge Kit Install On
The temperature sender that is included with the Derale Temperature Gauge Kit for Transmission Oil part # D13009 can be installed on either the driver or passenger side of the transmission pan, this does not matter. However, the temperature sender needs to be clear of any exhaust and you will need to have room for the jamb nut and to fit a wrench on it so whichever side of the pan allows for this is what I recommend but it will function the same regardless. The Derale Temperature Gauge...

More than likely the reason your Derale Temperature Gauge Kit for Transmission or Engine Oil # D13009 is stuck at 300 degrees is because you have a 12 volt or a ground wire ran to the sensor terminal causing it to ground out and hit 300 degrees. I have attached the instructions for you to check out as well.
