Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at this Demco adjustable channel bracket. This will allow you to simply weld this heavy duty bracket onto your trailer so that you can easily attach your adjustable channel mount ball coupler, lunette ring, or clevis. All those are sold separately. This is just going to be the channel bracket itself, but it will accommodate those other channel-mounted accessories.
Our channel width here is right under 3 inches, so it is going to work with your standard 3-inch channel-mounted accessories. Our outside width, we're looking at about 3 and 5/8 of an inch, well, let's call it 3 3/4 of an inch wide. Our height, we're sitting at right about 12 inches tall, and you can see we do have six of these 5/8 inch diameter holes. That's gonna offer five different mounting positions for your ball coupler and those sort of things so that you can make sure that your trailer is riding level. These are spaced two inches apart, center to center there, so it gives you an idea of where you mount this how much adjustability you're gonna have.
This is made here in the USA of a sturdy steel construction, so it is gonna be very simple to weld on and gonna give you a nice durability and a weight capacity of 20,000 pounds. So if you are wanting to add the adjustability to your trailer so that you can rise and lower your coupler, this is gonna be a great way for for you to do that. That completes our look for today. Will use these to mount a new 21K coupler to my tag trailer and also to extend another adjustable mount on a genset trailer. These things are massively built and for the price there is no way I can mess around making them.
