Today we're going to take a look at the Demco three inch diameter lunette ring with this five position adjustable channel. And this has a 25,000 pound weight capacity. Now you mount this lunette ring and the 12 inch channel bracket on your trailer to get a nice strong attachment point for your pinto hitch. The adjustable channel bracket will weld onto your trailer. And then you'll just bolt your lunette ring to the bracket using the included hardware.The channel bracket will allow you to adjust lunette ring's height to match different tow vehicles. Does have six mounting holes on each side, so it gives you five different mounting positions.

These parts are a sturdy steel construction. It's a black powder coat finish on this lunette ring to help resist corrosion. Does meet a 500 hour salt spray rating. It's going to be right at 6-1/4 inches. Inner diameter is going to be right at three inches. Now the channel dimensions, the overall height of it, will be right at 12 inches. The inner width, where the lunette ring would install, is going to be right at three inches wide. And then the mounting hole dimensions, if we measure center to center, from one center of mounting hole to the center of the other, is going to be right at two inches.Weight capacity again, is 25,000 pounds.

And basically it comes with the bolts and the nuts. So you just put this into your channel, and then you'll take your bolt and just line it up, get your bolt through there. Get your other one through there, and take your nut, go ahead and put it on each end. And same way over here. And then you'll just go ahead and snug them down.
