Honest and trustworthy company. My friend loaned me a 5th Wheel to Gooseneck adapter but was missing the Collar and I was in a time crunch to get the part within a week to bring my in-laws back from Fla. I called eTrailer and talked to Carmel and she researched and engaged her technical team and located the Collar replacement for me without me having to purchase the entire adapter. Thanks for the quick response to the missing set screw for the product shown. Once I had all three the fifth wheel to goose neck adapter allowed me to move my old RV camper so a new one could be put in it's place.794790

It was great news to see Etrailer sells just the collar for the 5th wheel to gooseneck adaptor. Most everyone wanted to sell me a new adaptor. I ordered on Monday and it was hooked to the truck towing on Wednesday. Etrailer definitely picked up a new costumer. 630854
