As long as you do not have a Reese Elite Series Gooseneck Hitch # RP30138-26, or any sidewinder or cushioned air ride king pin you can use the Convert-A-Ball Cushioned 5th Wheel-Gooseneck Adapter # CAB-C5GX1216 on your Ford puck system.
However, you can not use the factory ball due to it having a lever on the top of it, instead you'd need to use # BWGNXA2061 which has a completely different mounting system.
