Today we're going to be taking a look at part number BDAC3000300. This is the Bulldog 3-Position adjustable channel bracket for cast head couplers. You can use this 3-position mounting bracket with the Bulldog cast head adjustable coupler to achieve four inches of vertical adjustment. It's going to offer three different positions, you're going to have position one, position two and position three. This is a weld on or a bolt on application. You can see right here the mounting holes here on the back. The measurement that we have, center-on-center, the distance between the two, it looks like it's going to be about six and one-eighth of an inch, and the diameter of those holes, that's going to give us a diameter of a half inch. This is going to feature a steel construction with a nice raw steel finish, if you do choose to weld this on it's going to require less prep work.
The raw steel is a great addition to have. Taking a look at the overall height, just measuring it from end to end of the bracket, that's going to give us a measurement of about eight inches. The range of adjustment is going to be four inches, the distance that we have center-on-center between the two mounting holes, that's going to be two inches and that's going to be for each set. Then the diameter of these holes, that's going to measure five-eighths of an inch. Here at the channel, this is where your accessories are going to slide into, you line up the pinholes, insert them to hold the accessory in place, again this is designed for use with the Bulldog adjustable cast head couplers. Inside channel width is going to be about three inches, outside to outside looks like about three and five-eighths of an inch. Here on the backside, just going to go over the measurement of the back surface here, again outside to outside, about three and five-eighths of an inch. The overall length is going to be close to eight inches. This is going to offer a capacity of twenty-four thousand pounds. That's going to do it for our review of part number BDAC3000300, this is the Bulldog 3-Position adjustable channel bracket rated at twenty-four thousand pounds. .

Product has performed as expected.
I plan on welding this to the end of a 3.5" square steel tubing section that I am using as a trailer tongue/beam. The back face is just wide enough for a clean and continuous butt weld without tube section overhanging the bracket. I am using this to add versatility to my trailer hookups with different vehicles that have a variety of hitch configurations. It seems heavy duty and precisely milled. I would recommend it.
I needed this product for the trailer coupler i chose, but could not find this item on the website...? I had to contact customer support and have a rep find and add to my order. Exellent quality and welded on perfectly.
Customer service is excellent, anything different than advertised a person will call you to advise or give options i.e. product availability etc. They don't just ignore the order.. The item I ordered was delivered on time. it fits just a little loose on the head coupler; but it is the dimensions stated in the description. Excellent company to do business with.
