Hi, Steve here with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna look at the CURT solid steel two inch hitch bar with the raw finish 14 inches long. Now as you can see with this raw bar here, you can create your own hitch accessory. It's very strong, durable, it's made of solid steel, and it fits a two inch by two inch receiver. It is constructed of hot rolled steel for superior strength, and it has rounded corners, which is gonna make it a lot better for you and greater versatility as far as sliding in and out of the hitch itself. Overall, we've got 14 inches long and it is a two inch by two inch square, and obviously it comes with the pre-drilled hole.
You could pretty much weld this onto anything that you want, if you wanna make your own accessory or something like that. And then you'd be able to slide it into your two inch hitch receiver, and you'd be on your way for your travels. Product is exactly as advertised. I use it to tow a lumber wagon behind a tractor. It’s 2” size takes out excess play on the drop pin hitch. Makes tight turns and rough terrain much easier - drop pin doesn’t bind and solid connection allow better control. Definitely recommend for heavy duty applications. Be prepared to drill your own drop pin hole.
