Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Demco 4-hole Adjustable Channel Bracket. This channel bracket's going to offer three different positions for mounting a coupler. Couplers are sold separately, but you can use this to mount a ball coupler, lunette ring, or clevis on your trailer. It is a weld on installation. It's a nice, sturdy, steel construction. It's going to feature a weight capacity of 10,000 pounds.
If we take a measurement of the overall height, you can see that's going to measure about 8" tall. Overall width, edge to edge is around 3 1/2". The channel width, so measuring inside edge to inside edge, about 2 15/16", so approximately 3" wide. The hole spacing, measuring the distance between our holes, going center on center, those are separated on center by 2". That's apart from one another, and then each hole is going to give us a diameter of 5/8".

Excellent product. These will be used on my log splitter conversion from stationary to mobile. I bought 2 of these so I could make 16 inches of hitch height adjustment. Parts are made to tight tolerances such that I can weld the 2 pieces end to end and still be able to use the upper hole of the lower one and lower hole of the upper one, because it is exactly 2 inch spread, to install my hitch bolts. This gives me 7 height adjustments.
I decided I wanted to renew my Dad's old trailer. Starting with a trailer coupler upgrade to the adjustable "eZ-Latch". Thanks to etrailer it was an easy, convenient one stop shop and I couldn't be more pleased with the products and service. The fabrication is still working very good. Im able to tow my log splitter around the property with my ranger. This allows me to split the wood right along side the felled tree. Very pleased with product performance.
