I have a hitch that is confirmed to fit your 2007 Hyundai Elantra sedan, but the part # C11493 that you referenced will not fit.
Instead, you would want the Draw-Tite part # 24795 as it has been confirmed to fit your vehicle. I attached an install video for this hitch for you to check out as well.
This hitch does not come with a ball mount but does have a pin and clip. To complete your towing setup you may also want the part # 118433 for wiring, # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch hitch ball, and # 19258 for a 2 inch hitch ball.
