Recommended Trailer Wiring And Hitch For A 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe
Question:
Im looking to purchase a hitch for my 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe from your company. I came across a video for 2022 Hyundai Sante Fe trailer wiring. The video recommends the Tekonsha wiring 118784, but I cant seem to find that in your catalogue. Can you point me to a couple supported wiring products? Thank you.

At this time the 118784 is on extended back order from the manufacturer so you'll need to go with the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # CU94FR instead. This harness will install the same way as the 118784. I've attached a short video below where Dave will walk you through the installation process.
If you ever want to upgrade to 7-way so that you can also tow trailer's with brakes then you can pick up the # ETBC7. This kit will plug into your 4-pole connector and will require you to run a 10AWG wire up to the battery for power and another to the cab to connect to your brake controller. It will include everything you need besides some electrical tape and a no-drill bracket # 18136 so that you can mount the 7-way to the trailer hitch.
The etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e28AR you were looking at is a confirmed fit for your 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe. It's a super easy install so you can easily do this at home and save some money. I've attached Ryan's video below to help walk you through the installation process.
