The white poly trailer tongue truck box gives you increased durability in a lightweight package with its dent- and rust-resistant molded, high-density ribbed polyethylene construction. It's designed to provide a secure fit when mounting to the front of an A-Frame trailer. It helps contents stay safe and protected with a double-walled lid, stainless steel hinge pin, and weather resistant stainless steel hasp and hinge (fits standard padlocks).

Hey guys. Today we're going to take a look at Buyers Products' trailer tongue toolbox. This is designed to mount to the A-frame of your trailer, and it's going to allow you to get any type of tools, towing equipment, really anything like that, out of the elements or out of your truck, and get them in a safe, dry and lockable place.Now, this box is going to be very tough and dent-resistant. It's going to hold up well to rugged use, and it's going to be corrosion-resistant. It'll hold up well to all the elements, even extreme cold and extreme heat temperatures. But one thing I will say is that if your box in the extreme heat, and you have any heat-sensitive materials on the inside, the box itself will be okay, but it is going to attract more of that heat due to its color.
So if you've got any of those materials that you don't want to be damaged, you could just upgrade to the white box, so at least you don't have to worry about those heat-sensitive materials. It's going to have the same exact features, it's going to have the the exact same storage space, but it's not going to attract the heat, and it'll still stand up well to cold temperatures.Aside from being able to withstand those extreme temperatures, it's also going to look great with your white enclosed box trailers. You can see over here we've got some tools and equipment that's useful when we're hauling a trailer. We got a recovery strap, we got a block for our jack to sit on, some wheel chocks, and even some inaudible 00:01:11 put some muddy boots in the toolbox after a long day at work, rather than putting them in their vehicle.Now let's go and show how easy it is to fit this all in our toolbox. Now, with all of our tools and equipment in here, you can see we're only really at half the capacity of this box.
So maybe if you have a couple more tools or anything like that, you can go and put those in as well.When the box is empty, it only weighs 21 pounds, so you're not adding a significant amount of weight to the tongue of the trailer. But as you add more tools and more equipment in there, you want to keep in mind not to exceed the tongue weight rating of your hitch and your vehicle.There's a stainless steel hasp and hinge, so you can lock up your items when you leave them unattended. There are plenty of different lock options here at etrailer.com, and the stainless steel is going to be corrosion-resistant.Now, as far as installation goes, it does not come with any mounting hardware, simply because everyone's application is going to be different. But you can just take a couple of bolts, maybe some U-bolts, and bolt it down to your trailer. It's just up to you how you want to mount it.
You do want to make sure that it is secure though, before you head down the road.With all that being said, that's going to do it for our look at Buyers Products' trailer tongue toolbox.

This tool box is amazing!! Everything operates the way it was designed and hold up the the harsh Arizona sun.
I have had this toolbox for a year and thought that it was time to finally write a review. There is nothing that I don’t like about this toolbox.
It’s the perfect size and shape for my needs. I use it as a battery box but I also store a lot of other things in there, too. There is plenty of room for everything. I am very happy that I made the choice that I did. I am also very happy that I chose the white color because it doesn’t get as hot as the black ones do. Also, it just looks better with my camper and I get a lot of compliments on it.
This box has been perfect! etrailer has great service, expert advice, and they seem to only sell good products--you never know what you might get on Amazon or somewhere else. I have bought a lot of equipment from them, always great!
For the money, this is an excellent trailer box. I've had it mounted to the front of my double jet ski trailer for the last year, and it's held up well. The lid and securing hasp are sturdy, and the walls are thick.
I use it to store a jack, tools, cleaning products, bungees, and the covers when not in use. There's plenty of room to store all those items, plus I can fit in a few life jackets.
It's seen plenty of rain over the last year, and has done an admirable job of keeping water out. No issues here. The white color will probably get a little dirty over time, but it matches my white trailer well.
Kinda flimsy but will work okay for my application.
Very well made and received it way before the delivery date .fast transaction and will buy again from them.
Good value and quality for the price.

This box has had zero issues. It sits in the AZ sun while the outside temperatures reached 118 this summer. No fading, or color distortion. Still works perfectly.
