I took a chance as the car was so new and the Draw tight model fit both the 22 and 23 and the e trailer brand had not been certified yet to fit the 23. I can attest that not only does it fit but looks excellent.
I purchased an etrailer 2 inch receiver hitch to put on our car and it looks great- well constructed and easy to install. Would definitely recommend this hitch!! Thanks William and crew for a great product!
Solid hitch, easy installation. I use it for a bike rack for two bikes and it's great. Have it on two different vehicles, Hyundai Santa Fe and a Santa Cruz. Looks OEM, sits up tight near the bumper, does protrude past the bumper.
Buy/borrow a muffler hanger tool and it makes it even easier.
I installed the hitch by myself (with no hitch jack) in about 1 1/2 hours.
The only reason to drop the muffler was to install the bolt over the muffler.
I LIKE IT.
Now ….. if you just have a trailer light kit that will plugin to the factory trailer plugs that are located in the bumper above the hitch receiver, Just Saying
Fitment was good. Video was helpful, you will struggle on final bolt above muffler. I was lucky I had access to lift, otherwise would have been a lot more difficult with limited room on your back. I would recommend etrailer add a rubber grommet device to be installed to orient rattling of muffler on bolt head on bumpy road. I utilized rubber grommet that was required to be removed from frame and glued with gorilla glue to help eliminate problem. Directions state to bend mount down 5 degrees; however, next to impossible and you take the chance of breaking factory mount.
I have bought several trailer hitch receivers and the ship them fast and I would rate the AAA+++ with there products and service. I will buy from them anytime before I buy from anyone else, Thanks.

Installed the hitch and wiring harness in my garage by myself in a afternoon. The online videos are a great help. Let's you know what to do exactly. Fit perfectly. Great price.
Where to start? Quick delivery of only 3 days. Box was a little beat up but that is the result of delivery people. Hitch is of top quality in looks and build materials and very fair price. You will definitely need an additional set of hands to hold into place during install. Make sure to have your tools you need ready like 1/2" drive socket and extensions. you will also need a torque wrench to install correctly. I'm 65 years old and my wife and I installed this in less than 2 hours. Most of the time was searching for my torque wrench!
Fast and easy installation. Did it myself. Took me a bit to remove exhaust hanger rods from rubber isolator on my 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid Limited. But overall it took less than 45 minutes by myself without jacking up or lifting my vehicle. I have bought all my vehicle hitches from etrailer. They are fast on delivery and great customer service.

Worked out great. Easy to install. I Have used it many times with no problems. A little bit low on the connection but that is because the hitch sits below the bumper where built-in hitches usually are installed in the bumper.
The entire process of purchasing and having the new hitch installed was seamless.
Customer service at etrailer helped us decide on the best hitch for our car, ordering and delivery kept us informed, and we found an excellent business to install the hitch using our website. My husband was very apprehensive but they far exceeded our expectations
The hitch is very well made, heavy duty. I could have spent twice the money and not gotten a better product. Only negative I have has nothing to do with the product but relates to the shipping. UPS left the package on the front porch and when I went out to get it the box was beaten up pretty bad with several gaping holes. Luckily, etrailer had taped the hardware bag to the hitch or I am sure it would have been lost. If your thinking of buying a hitch and are on the fence about this brand, fear not, they are legit and sell a great product.
The product was easy to research and purchase. It was delivered as described with no issues. The how-to video and instructions were easy to follow. I was able to install at home with no issues. Greatly appreciate the e-trailer website and the staff behind it.
Shipping was fast arrived 2 days after ordering. I watched how-to video on website prior to ordering and took less than 1 hour to install in my carport. Also ordered wiring kit with hitch. Very pleased with purchase.

I bought the etrailer brand Class III 2" receiver for my 2022 Hyundai Calligraphy and I love it! Perfect fit. I also bough the Tekonsha T-One wiring harness for my vehicle. Install for both was super easy! Plug and play for the wiring harness. For the hitch install, the only hiccup was reaching the bolts right under the muffler. Even with the muffler lowered, the space is kind of tight. Also, the muffler hanger between the muffler and tire is a bit hard to undo but I ultimately got it undone. Easy install overall. Love the matte paint finish on the trailer hitch. 3rd hitch I've bough from etrailer.com. Only recommendation I would make is the packing as I wish some sort of padding or foam would be added as well as additional sealing of the box other than staples. My wiring harness was missing as the box flaps came loose during shipping and the package with the wiring harness must've fallen out. I called customer service and they had a replacement in the mail the next day. Very satisfied overall!
Arrived very quick. Great installation instructions that include pictures. Had it installed within 2 hours of the delivery. Highly recommend using a tap to clean out the mounting threads in the car frame. Makes the installation much easier. Car is less than a year old, but the threads in the car frame have paint in them from the manufacturer.
